I was there to officiate a wedding. Last minute I decided to stay an extra night and Karmen could not have been more helpful in assisting me in making that happen. It was slightly complicated as I had booked my initial reservation through booking.com. Karmen made it seamless and he was accommodating, kind and so professional! I will stay here again in a second. So convenient, Lily and the wedding staff were exceptional and Heather at the bar was wonderful as well. Keep up the excellent work Hilton, it was amazing!

Breakfast had many options lots of choices as a pescatarian diet. The scrambled eggs where awful, hard dense . Heather who was the hostess, the waitress and the bartender from the previous night was outstanding. We continued to hear people call her by name and she had a smile on at all times. This is a valuable employee and I honestly hope she is paid well and recognized for her customer service to your patrons. Kim Denis

we stayed for a birthday party, it was local , had a restaurant and pool with hot tub. adjoining rooms helped with young ladies

the pool was not accessible all the time? for some reason we had to make reservations to use the pool in 1 hour blocks?! we were there for a birthday party and the young ladies we were with wanted to come and go back and forth to the pool and hot tub, and not just use for one hour. the menu at the restaurant was a little too fru fru for the 15/16 year olds we were with, although it looked delish for adult palates!

Hotel was beautiful and very clean. Room was nice, beds were comfortable.

I reserved through booking.com said room would have 2 queen beds and a sofa couch it did not and they said they didn't have a room like that so we were a bit crowded know room but stay was amazing other than not getting what I wanted and had booked.

It is a yearly ritual to come to this hotel, we come for shopping from the outlet mall. Always pleasure staying there. Staff is excellent, the pool in temperature controlled my kids had a blast both during winter and summer.

It is a bit overpriced and I wish the checkout is a bit later

The little stockings left on the doors of the occupied rooms on Christmas Eve was just a wonderful touch! We also received warm cookies upon check-in, and the staff was amazingly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay absolutely perfect. Oh! And the "attached" parking garage was an unexpected bonus.

I like that the beds have clean sheets with no stains or hair in them. No disgusting hair in the bathtub leftover from cleaning. I like that you can bring your dog. The food is delicious at the restaurant and the staff are amazing every department.

The trash bins were very small so there was not much room to throw trash away. Also there was no freezer part to the mini fridge.

Location and the room. Easy to get to shops, cafes, and other food places. Lots of choices. Room was as expected. No issues. WiFi was pretty bad,, especially in the rooms.

Everything, I've known this place for decades, just other different names but always been a top-notch place with exceptional staff and accommodations. If I could give 11 stars I would. Will probably stay there every time I go back to area.

Only thing I really didn't like was having to go outside to smoke, but I understand, it's that way everywhere, but not a big deal. Place is outstanding.
