I like the way everything was very accessible to get to the dining everything

What I didn't like was the fact that I had to call down to the desk six to seven times because someone screaming and hollering and right outside my door Plus the people that was right next to me were a bunch of little girls probably around the age of 16 18 and it was running in and out of the room and screaming and yelling all night calling the hotel staff being put on hold and security never came up and checked anything because they just kept coming and I was told that security will come up supposed to get a refund and I'm still waiting on my refund

I stayed in the Dennis tower and my other friends stayed in the renovated Bally's tower. The Dennis tower, despite being old, was pretty great! It was clean and room service/room cleaning was consistent. The tub in our Dennis tower room was HUGE and we loved it! The Bally's tower was of course phenomenal though! Very beautiful rooms and decor throughout the hallways!

There was nothing much I didn't like about the Dennis tower despite it being old! The only things I didn't like were the old carpets and that the elevators were pretty slow. The lighting in the rooms could be better as well.

We liked the cleanliness of the room and the way the accessible room was set up with a roll-in shower/regular tub/shower! The bed was very comfortable; also, the location was great!

This hotel appeared to be dated and definitely needs repairs to it's wood work, carpet and wall paper(peeling)! Also, the room needs more lighting(especially near the TV /coffee maker)! The room only had one lamp and the room had no view (the window was cloudy made were you can't look out)!

love the location, right in the middle of the boardwalk. great choices for food and entertainment. rooms are a nice size even for 4 adults, beds were a bit harder than I prefer but not horrible..

only half of the table games were open, went to play blackjack and never got to play because there are so many people and so few tables to play at. The floor was dirty in our room, called front desk to have someone come vacuum but no one ever came.

The location is excellent, the staff are warm and welcoming. We accidentally locked our keys in the rooms and I was impressed when the clerk politely asked me for ID, a lot of places don't do that. That made me feel more satisfied. I would definitely go back there.

We went to the bar one night and an old bartender who was getting off shift was very rude to everyone, he was just miserable and paying attention to one set of white people. At one point a set of white people came, i asked the guy to order the drinks for me ,not even he and his group was served . We never even had a chance to get a drink, lots of people left the bar after waiting and not being served.

Room was updated and clean. Right on the beach is nice. Requested to be away from elevators and ice machines and they did so , so that was nice not to hear annoying loud guests. Did hear some but overall, it was quiet. Room wasn't that big but then again only staying in room to sleep and change clothes.

Going from the parking deck to the lobby is quite the hike. I don't know if we were to receive housekeeping every day as we only stayed for two nights but did not receive any housekeeping. Maybe it's only for an extended period of time? Couldn't access items on the TV like hotel services and what not. When you click the menu button on the remote, nothing happens.

The location was great. There wasn’t many places in the area for breakfast.

Our first night we were woken up by the smell of cigarette and pot smoke. It was coming in the bathroom vent. It was so bad we did not sleep the first night. We went to the front desk where we were told they had nothing else for us to come back in an hour. We did this for 3 hours. We asked to see the manager who was busy. She said she would call us within half an hour. She never did. We went back to the front desk and talked to Caitlyn. She was absolutely wonderful. She changed our room and saved our vacation. The manager finally called back 4 hours later.

room was clean and big bathroom was clean just had to find someone to get toilet paper only had a quarter of roll when we got in room had to track down someone try calling on phone for half hour to get someone no one never answered kept getting a recording I did request and oceanview and received one overlooking the top of the casino and looking at old hotels also was charged an extra 25.00 for early check in which I expected but said they would notify me if available never received a call or text it was ready

the cold water in pool and that there is no where to get anything to drink or eat by the pool there looked like there use to be a place outside on the terrace where they might of had drinks it looked like a bar

It is my third time over there and it is a nice place what I like that you have access to the other places you don't even need to get out outside at night you can walk around you have a lot of things that you can see nice place to go with friends service they're really good the room need to be a little bit more upgrade and I can see they are working on that service are really nice the people on the front desk they are really nice when you check in 😀😀

The room was remodeled and looked very nice. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. Overall, the room was very nice.

The check in process was frustrating. The lines were long. There needs to be a separate line and representative for VIP guests. The VIP guest were jumping the line and it caused chaos between those who have been waiting in line before them. Also, I was charged $38 for a Bally's resort fee when I had already paid the resort fee through BookIt. I want my money back!!!!
