I loved that it was close to the boardwalk and casinos in which I was going to see a concert at Ocean Resort right near by .

The toilet was hard to flush the refrigerator had a bad odor .. I originally booked at the Wyndham hotel and they cancelled my stay without explanation and offered the Marriott to me as an alternative .. but was more money with less to do .. the Wyndham had a living room a bedroom and a kitchen with a balcony and had an indoor pool .. there was not a great view at the Marriott and was just a room with a bed .

Near by and clean

There was a female staff at front desk with scarf around her head(no offense about scarf)I requested her to have late check out and she granted but her attitude was of like law enforcement officer rather than hospitality staff.while we were checking out at 1 pm we encountered at elevator area and she looked at her time as soon as she saw me to check I checked out on time with same mean face I don’t think she needed to have that kind of attitude.Hossain was nice and pleasant and helpful.

At first the front desk associate couldn't help me with my booking which there must of been error with my credit card so unfortunately I wasn't able to stay at this Marriott place and when I asked could I just come in they was all booked up. So I never made it to this place...but later my card payment was approved and charged...which wasn't fair.....Luckily I reach the management ECHO...which was awesome he reassured and calm my anxiety . And I am very grateful for his patience and understanding. Truly he is an value asset to this establishment...thanks again ECHO

First time in Atlantic City. The location of theCourtyard by Marriott was perfect. The parking at the hotel was 10.00 a day. We didn’t move our car for the entire stay. Everything was in walking distance. The bar at the hotel was not open. The breakfast was not free … but we knew that ahead of time. The hotel room was super clean. We did have issues with the AC unit. Had to call front desk but they were right on top of it. The towels were super fluffy. There is no pool but the beach is a 3-5 min walk. This location was great. The workout room was really nice. Will book here again on my next visit back to Atlantic City. Front desk was awesome! The pictures of the hotel online were what the hotel actually looked like. Parking seem to be really safe at the hotel.

There is no pool. The breakfast is not free We knew this ahead of time Had to call front desk on three separate occasions to get the A/C unit fixed but they were on top of it every time. Ice machine didn’t work on our floor.

Early checkin!

Well the shower wall was separated from the wall, the light fixture in the bathroom had rust on it, the refrigerator was not very cold, after having to pay $20 for parking, there were no parking spots for us when we returned at 11:15pm. They were charging $16.95 for breakfast buffet. When I came down to see what was on the buffet, I was told I couldn't go into the buffet room because I had not paid. I had to plead to be able to walk through. I paid $386 to sleep.

Comfortable beds. The facilities staff was friendly & helpful when he discovered the AC unit was not properly operating & we had to move to another room. Front desk & Bistro staff was also friendly.

The shower curtain & caulking between the tube & tile had mold. Which caused a smell. Which was reported & a request to have the curtain replace was not done. The freezer inside of the refrigerator dripped which needed to be defrosted. Bacon on the breakfast sandwich was old, dry looking inedible @ the Bistro. No working ice machine from the 16th floor down. Found an operating ice machine on the 2nd floor. W

The room was very spacious and clean. Nice view of the beach.

The cleaning service came by to clean our room very late like 4pm. We wish they came earlier when we were out of the room. When they came in we were back in our room and told them to come later. But they said their shift was over then. I recommend that cleaning service to complete everyone’s room between 10-3.

My hotel room was very clean and had very nice comfortable beds. Staff also was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family!!

Only had a minor issue using the elevators one of the mornings during my stay. I truly believe that it was only because of people were checking out and leaving at the same time before the 11am checking out time.. feel like it should be more than three elevators for a building with 17 stories... got a bit impatient and annoyed took about thirty minutes to get down to the lobby just from the 2nd floor, and the was no staircase leading downstairs to the lobby, it lead to the outside of the building! Just was a little frustrating.

The building was secure and clean. The location was a block from the boardwalk, food and shopping. The staff and security were friendly and helpful.

Parking should be free since you are staying on their property and food way over priced in lobby.

I enjoyed my stay at the courtyard by Marriott. I only stayed one day so my stay was short I wish it could have been longer because my daughter enjoyed the stay as well. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly. My stay at the Courtyard met all the quality and expectations that I would look for in a hotel.

The only thing I would say that I could remember was that my daughter wanted to get in a pool and I went to front desk to ask and that’s when I found out that they one that I stayed In didn’t have a pool at least that was what I was told which really wasn’t a problem for me but for my daughter who was looking for that experience. To be truthful I don’t have anything bad to say about my stay at the Courtyard it was a great experience. Thank you
