The location is great! We got a room facing the sea and the scenery is magnificent. There’s a small balcony you can sit in and enjoy the beautiful view. There’s an indoor pool which is very nice.

It’s a relatively long walk if you want to go to the casino. Also there are not many restaurants option within walking distance. There’s a long to do list to follow when checkout, including taking off all the sheet and pillowcases and towels and then put them by the door. Also need to put all dishes to the dishwasher and start the load and etc. I feel like staying at a Airbnb but not a hotel.

The location was great,a bit fair on the boardwalk if ur walking but if not it's perfect for privacy and the eatery was currently being remodeled at the tyme so hopefully this next visit it'll be completed😇🤞🏽💖🙏🏽💪🏽💯 The gym, arcade,and pool/hot tub rooms were AMAZING 🥰🥰🥰🥰🤩🤩🤩🤩🙌🏽💯

I was staying at the flagship and they said something about a holding fee but I currently didn't see it come back to my account after 2wks they stated(please fix that issue for ppl to see on there account becuz the banks can see that if it was installed back on accounts or not) and then the 2nd thing was....they have everything amazing!!!....except the SPA😩🙌🏽❤️‍🩹 I was looking for it but they kept saying they didn't have one,can someone please tell me where the spa is or if they can maybe,one day, put one in there?? I loveee this place my family does as well but I was so sad when the spa couldn't be found inside,but overall this place is GREAT🥰 AND PERFECT FOR FAMILY GETAWAYS,RAIN OR SHINE!🥰🥰🥰🙏🏽💖💖💖💖🤞🏽💪🏽💁🏽‍♀️👑👑👑👑👑💯

We stayed in room 2804. The view from the balcony was peaceful and serene while listening to the waves crash against the rocks and wall. We love the pool and hot tub and had lots of fun in the arcade.

I don't like the fact that we have to pay for parking and additional resort fees while staying at the Flagship.

I loved that the rooms were very spacious and convenient for my family.

The location is a little far from the casinos and shopping area but not a deal breaker.

The amenities are awesome. Hotel is old definitely not updated, but nice. Beautiful view. And for the most part clean and convenient.

The staff are terrible. Every staff in every area beside the restaurant and bar. I don’t know where they find workers that don’t work or mad to work. Won’t be coming back for that reason. Customer service is terrible, rude.

I loved that this property was big enough for my whole family

I didn’t like that my balcony was right over the pool also didn’t like how far it was from everything on boardwalk there’s really no transportation that goes that way

I didn’t like the view . we got a view of the parking lot on one of the highest floors , they said in order to get the ocean view with would have to get a double queen bed . With my husband & I two beds would of been a waste and it’s a smaller room the twin queen beds we had a living room area kitchenette the twin is way smaller.. but overall I love the hotel it’s better during the summer or spring when you can take a walk on the board way which is 2 feet away

Beautiful view from the room , the room was a great size perfect with having our little one plenty of room to run around. We had a kitchen area with was great . We stayed on the 30th floor it was a beautiful view we did have to put the couch in front of the door just because of having a little one we didn’t want to take any chances with the balcony

The room wasn’t vacuumed and there were still trash in some of our drawers. We had to personally vacuum the room ourselves and clean up some. We didn’t get to go into the pool due to how strong the chlorine was our baby would cough just walking past it.

I liked the view from the balcony. It was nice to have a kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice and soft. I also like the elevator system. They ran quickly while we were there. The boardwalk is right across the street. It was quiet and clean because you aren't near the major area of the boardwalk.

When I first arrived the women at check in was extremely rude and not very helpful..lucky for my husband and I we had the pleasure of meeting " Omar the great" he is a staff member and was very helpful during our stay. Omar was very polite and also suggested places we could find food and travel need be. "Omar the great " was amazing.

I liked this property in general because it was away from the not so good parts of Atlantic City. It was in a good area and the drive to the boardwalk and restaurants was very short. I did like how big the room was for having 2 double beds. The view from the 15th floor was amazing, night and day.

When checking in, despite having 3 people at the main desk, only 2 people were helpful in knowing the check in process. They were nice when it was your turn at the desk but when you are standing in front of them, they are more concerned talking between themselves than to you. Even though the building is on the older side, the rooms were fine as it was one of the nicer hotels for Atlantic City. We didn’t use the pool so I can’t really say much about that. The room was clean but you can tell that some updates need to be done. The outlets were all very loose but did the job.
