The front desk staff were all very professional, courteous, and accommodating. I accidentally locked my key in my room several times, and they were extremely helpful and friendly, even at 2 in the morning!

I didn't appreciate the housekeeping staff member just barging into my room without knocking! I was trying to get some rest after working all night. In one hour, she knocked 3 different times. Each time I informed her that I had extended my stay and the room was already paid for. She ignored me and continued to disrupt my sleep, even walking into my room without knocking the 4th time! An extremely rude invasion of privacy that could easily have been avoided had she done her job and checked in with the front desk staff.

I was pleasantly surprised at the sense of care given to the facility. All the staff are exceptionally pleasant and genuinely interested in our comfort. Will definitely book there again when visiting SJ.

Can't think of one thing other than being limited to one elevator due to repairs, but that was not even a big deal.

the staff were so friendly! The room was big, clean, and comfortable. i had checked out and a few days later I had realized I left my makeup bag in my room, so I had a feeling it was probably discarded already. When I called the hotel back, they said they still had my bag for me! the front desk staff member was even willing to mail it out for me. when I went to pick it up, the other front desk staff member was so kind and had said that he wanted to make sure that no one discarded it. i know it’s just makeup but I was so relieved to see it there with all of its contents!

Property and rooms are kept clean. Close to plenty of places to go eat.

Can be difficult to make a left onto main road certain times of the day, close to busy highway can be noisy at times. Inside building and rooms could use a little bit of an update.

The accommodation was great the staff were very helpful and friendly and courteous.

Some of the maintenance work for the room just needs a little more attention the lock on my door to prevent anyone entering the room needs attention and the bathroom door is off just a little just needs an adjustment

I drove 700 miles to see my son who is in induced coma and Im not sure yet how the outcome will be. I was very happy to have been able to stay and it was clean. Staff were so polite and welcoming. The only issue we had was the bed needs a new mattress we slept in the middle. I would gladly stay again. Thank you

The non-smoking room was just that non-smoking, clean, and comfortable. I absolutely loved it. And the 12 room check out was perfect.

There is non other the less that I had to leave There is nothing I did not like.

the property was clean and nice

to pay for parking if the service came with security then I wouldn’t mind paying for it but it just parking and since I’m staying at the hotel then I shouldn’t have to pay for parking but I agreed to the charge so I’m not complaining but knowing that security was watching my car I would be happy with it

I thought it was fine. I enjoyed it and had no complaints.

I had to ask for towels. When they made the bed they could have put more towels in the room.

Breakfast was fine. It's a smaller hotel and there was a good choice for breakfast. It's in a good location.

The hotel could be modernized some. I could tell they were attempting to do some updating but it was consistent throughout the rooms.
