We arrived early evening and we were greeted by two very pleasant male receptionists. We asked where we could go out to dinner and they graciously guided us. However, since it was raining, we decided to eat at the hotel’s restaurant. The food and service was perfect! We had a very nice night. The king room is spacious and well divided, plenty of space for luggage. Mini kitchen counter is also extremely helpful. We enjoyed free coffee in the morning. Hot breakfast was around $15 per person. The receptionists were constantly checking on us by text message and they were extremely helpful and resourceful when we had questions. Overall very nice experience

Personally I am not a fan of carpeting in hotel rooms, I feel it is never clean enough

it was relaxing, and accommodating.

Check-in the gentlemen who checked us in was very friendly an nice . The bed is comfy an I like the pillows It was clean even tho I wipe everything down an spray disinfectant. The wipes were not dirty. Coffee n breakfast sandwiches were yummy.

Yes it is dated however clean. WARNING ⚠️ (THE POOL IS CLOSED.) Going to a hotel pool is the only reason I go to a hotel. So when I arrive an they say at the front desk after u have already paid that the pool is closed has been closed an they have no opening date is a bummer. We just came from a family dinner traveling all day an I just wanted a hot shower so I just said ok I will stay here but in many cases I have walked out an when to another hotel. I read all the reviews they tell the truth but the info on these hotels should be updated . Pic s of a pool an reviews talking about how great the pool was an u get there an the pool is closed an the staff tells u it hasn't been open for years.

The pool area and lobby. The location is great.

The breakfast was too expensive. The bar at happy hour special drink was beer and house wine. Definitely not special. Rooms at a little dated could use an update.

I loved the room. The whole setup. The bed was so comfy. The to go breakfast was great.

The indoor pool was too cold. I might as well been outside. The front desk could have been more friendlier. There was one individual who got one nerves. There were no chairs on the balcony.

The front desk concierges Jaqueline and Leandra was very hospitable and attentive to our needs. Thank you again for another wonderful stay!! We will be back soon!

Nothing not to like about this hotel

Attending a wedding. Excellent wedding coordinator (Tina) and her wait staff.

Attending a wedding and needed early check in. Very good responsive communication with hotel via email. Very poor follow up with desk staff.

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The front desk concierges were very attentive and very nice. This hotel will always be one of my favorite place to go rest in and enjoy myself with my family.

There was nothing not to like

A suite that was large 2 rooms and clean with an air purifier 👍🏽

It’s a huge building just a long walk to get to the suite.Maybe consider people with small child(ren) when assigning room.

The room was very comfortable. Also, the room was very clean. There were three guests in the room, and there was enough space.

There was nothing to dislike. It was a good overnight stay.
