Location, cleanliness and staff.

The low water pressure, poor wifi connection, very slow internet, no microwave in room. Wish pool opened earlier than noon.

Grounds were well maintained. Many picnic tables and areas. The pool area “looked” nice. We arrived after it was closed and left in the morning. Pool oddly only opens at noon.

Pool hours. Why could it not open at 9am? Check out time is 10am. The staff were knocking on the door at 10:01.

Breakfast was not provided.

On the day we checked in a very rude plumber came in and was not very professional. He wanted immediate attention ahead of us guests. The front desk person did pay attention to us but it was not 100%, I almost left and did not stay. The front desk manager did apologize but it was very uncomfortable. Hoping that does not happen often. The room would have been better but the shower head was loose and there was no additional safety lock on the front door. Other than that it was nice.

I liked the location. This pool and outdoor seating was nice. The room decoration was above average.

The room could have been cleaner. Also, guest noise levels were loud considering the posted quiet time.

No one replace our towels with clean ones once we use them or swept the floors while we were out...maybe I just need it to ask and I dint...other wise excellent

Pet Friendly Clean Shower was good Overall it was ok

Deadbolt did not lock, a piece of metal in the door jamb prevented the lock from engaging. A fragrance in the air conditioner dove my allergies off the chart !!! Do not like a check out time of 10 am. But I didn't have many pet frendly options so I had to take it. No microwave and refrigerator was turned up to the max setting of 7 and it was freezing the refrigerator section. 2nd floor outdoor stairs for disabled, again my bad. The mgr standing outside at 9:58 to clean our room out. No free wifi Still dont know where the pool was located. No flexibility for booking.com user

A place to get away from home, very comfortable. The only thing wrong was my room did not have a microwave or a coffeemaker, but it was clean which is a plus.

No breakfast was included. The room was clean. The bed squeaked when you sat on it.

The room where they have the Ice Machine was dirty. and the Ice machine had looked like it had mold in the bottom of the machine where the overflow would drop.

Location was excellent and the room itself was wonderful, very nicely remodeled and clean. Definitely staying here again the next time we visit.

The bed sounds like the mattress is on a piece of sheet metal. The Ice machine needs to be cleaned and disinfected. And the room it was in was not clean.
