The breakfast eas great. The kitchenette was perfect and super clean. The cleaning staff was great, our room was super clean. The suite was roomy for our family of 4 with two kids 7 and 5 years old. It was really close to American Dream mall. We went there 3 of the 4 days we were there and the drive to Seseme place was not bad either. I would definately come back and highly reccommend.

I know this is partly because of maybe the pandemic but I wish I didnt have to request daily housekeeping in our suite and it was just done automatically.

I liked that the rooms offered full fridge, microwave, dishes, dishwasher, toaster, cooking ware for microwave, plates and silverware. The ability to log into Netflix was also a pleasing so I did not have to unpack my laptop.

The location is a little rough at first arrival due to the immediate service road exit from major roadway. Due to crazy driver passing me between lane and side of road I missed the service road but was able to turn in next driveway and return to the road just before entrance to hotel. It would have been nice to have a connection to golf site parking lot and hotel parking lot. Also The breakfast hours could have been extended a little longer for those late bloomers. I would have also liked to have a safe in room to lock up valuables.

The fact that you had a full size fridge/freezer. Real plates/glasses/silverware/dishwasher. The Breakfast choices were AMAZING, The availability of coffee/hot water 24hrs as well as the lobby with seating and the use of the computer/business area.

The pool was not heated as stated. It was challenging for me to get in and out of the shower as the doors only opened to a certain point.

The property was well-maintained and clean. The suite had everything I needed for the long weekend. I traveled with my small dog and there was a pet rest area with specific trash cans and waste bags. The breakfast, coffee, and tea options were delicious. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly. Despite being located right next to the highway, I didn’t hear traffic and slept just fine! This will be my go-to place to stay when I’m back in the area.

I really enjoyed the property. My only suggestion for improvement is to have more personal items at the little market store but, that’s not a big issue as there are plenty of stores under 10 minutes.

Stayed here several times. Nice place. Conveniently located and provides enough that you could feel like you’re at home. Breakfast in the morning is okay but choices are limited.

Rooms are very nice but think they might need some sprucing up, especially the couch and bedding. TV was a major issue this time because of some type of transmission dispute. Half of the channels were unavailable. Worst part was you didn’t know unless you tested each channel and see if you might get a picture.

The large rooms with kitchenettes are great for long stays with children. Breakfast was a great bonus as we had no car to go out get breakfast. The outdoor side patio was a nice hangout area for our group of 12.

Pot smoking in the non smoking floors. There were no dbl Queen beds available in the one bedroom studio. These rooms are only available with one King bed which is not so great for families of 6. Toiletry bottles are too small, hard to get product out and not environmentally friendly. Housekeeping has to be requested 24 hrs in advance. Housekeeping was not available the next day. Waffle machine line ups too long. Was setting alarm for 7am to avoid waffle machine line up.

I felt the kitchen was unprepared for the amount of people to service for breakfast. Tables weren't cleaned often enough, although folks leaving eating areas didn't pick up after themselves either, and silverware and dishes were low or unavailable. We traveled with children and they enjoyed the pool. Staff were very nice. Manager, James, was very nice.

I would have liked to see food staff wearing gloves. Tricky to access by car...but once we did it, we understood the traffic flow.

The property is only 2 years old so it’s new and modern. It’s clean. The staff is caring and helpful. Especially the young man who I saw there almost everyday at the front desk!!

The latch on our bathroom door was broken. And the water took a little bit to heat up. It worked great after it did though!

The staff was awesome, the rooms were clean, large and had a full size refrigerator and microwave. I also liked that we were 4 minutes from a mall with great shopping and a small bus terminal where you can catch a bus to New York.

They don’t automatically pick up dirty towels and the trash everyday.

Staff were friendly and everything was very clean and comfortable. The size of the room was wonderful. There was enough room for 2 kids and 5 adults to hang out comfortably. The set up was great.

It was raining and there was water pouring off the roof at the entrance. They need gutters. The breakfast was not good. I don't expect a gourmet breakfast when it is "free", but this was particularly bad. The set up was also not functional. The waffle station formed a line that blocked access to everything else.
