I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel for several reasons. First and foremost, the room I stayed in was impressively huge, providing ample space to relax and move around comfortably. Additionally, the breakfast options offered by the hotel were outstanding. The cleanliness of the hotel, both in the rooms and common areas, was impeccable, creating a hygienic and pleasant environment. The availability of free parking was a significant convenience, eliminating the hassle of finding a parking spot. Lastly, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any queries or requests, making the overall experience quite enjoyable.

While my stay at the hotel was mostly positive, there were a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning. Firstly, I was unable to extend my stay due to the hotel being fully booked. Secondly, the hotel had a strict check-out timing policy, which could be somewhat inconvenient for guests who prefer a more relaxed departure. Lastly, it's worth noting that the Wi-Fi service was quite poor during my stay, and unfortunately, it didn't work throughout, which was a significant inconvenience.

Breakfast was OK. Could have used some more options. Pastries were stale and hard. Waffles would be a good option or some real eggs.

I thought the cost was a little too high. Trying to save money in this economy that Joe Biden and the DEMONcrats have trashed is very difficult. I hope all the New Yorkers that are moving to Jersey wise the hell up and quite voting DEMONcrat. Stupid is as stupid does. God help us!

Lovely hotel. Large room, tastefully decorated. Extremely clean. The only issue I had was that on booking.com I had a confirmation for a king room, but upon arrival was told that I had a room with 2 double beds. The hotel was sold out and had no king rooms. The hotel also advertises a restaurant on-site, but the restaurant was closed for renovations, which was disappointing.

I was told by the hotel manager that the hotel never makes king rooms available to 3rd party booking sites .. only double bed rooms .. even though I had a confirmation for a king room .. they did try to accommodate me but the hotel was sold out and there were no king rooms available.

Clean facility. Big rooms. Breakfast was ok. Very friendly check in worker.

They charged a $50 incidental which should have been refunded or never processed through but it was and now I have to file a claim with my credit card company to have it refunded. Mistakes happen but it was a hassle calling in and trying to speak with the manager about the issue. I was forwarded to them, supposedly, 4 different times. The last call, the employee stated that the manager said it was probably being held by my credit card and that I needed to go thru them. The manager seemed to have been at the desk because I heard them talking before I would be put on hold and forwarded to voice-mail. So now I need to wait up to 60 days to get my refund...

Staff is extremely friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. Front desk staff amazing and friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, accommodating to the needs of the guests. The Chef for breakfast was amazing friendly and genuinely cared about preparing food.

No place to really eat, restaurant listed on website is not available for hotel guests. Dining area not clean or half cleaned

We had an enjoyable 2-night stay. Located along a fairly busy 4-lane street, and our room facing that street, it was very quiet. Staff was friendly. The room was clean and attractively decorated. Breakfast was decent. Feel it's good value compared to other facilities in the area.

Even with 4-fixtures, room lighting as in most hotels today was rather dim. Fitness room is rather small, fitted with 5-machines, + a bench and would feel crowded with more than two people.

Very comfortable room, great beds, a hot shower, a TV - and WiFi - that worked. Also: staff was very efficient and friendly, and there were several dinner options within walking distance. Our room was also as quiet as we hoped, and an easy drive from Newark Airport.

We enjoyed the breakfast, but found the plastic plates and cutlery not terribly eco-friendly. And for Europeans: definitely choose the "espresso" option on the coffee machine, it is the closest to real coffee available.

Clean room and house keeping was really good. I would recommend it.

The breakfast lady was no help at all. She told us to use utensils when moving around wrapped sandwiches. But she had no gloves on while handling everyone's food. We only eat kosher products, and they had breakfast calzones. I asked her if this thing had any type of meat, and she said no meat. Then we opened it there were sausage pieces in there. The doughnuts were old and had smell to them.

Enjoyed the afternoon hot chocolate and popcorn treats in the lobby to welcome guests and enjoyed sitting and relaxing in the downstairs area. The continental breakfast was extremely good with omelets, bacon and great fresh danishes, fresh fruit - all in great portions and delicious. The breakfast menu changed daily from over our stayed and each day the selection was great with the selected assortment.

We applied for check-in at 1:30 that afternoon. We are very grateful to the staff of this hotel. They are all very friendly and polite. The atmosphere of the hotel is also very warm, and the rooms are clean and tidy. If you are traveling to New York, this is definitely a very good choice. You can completely relax even when you are most tired, and fall asleep very easily. And welcome the new day full of energy.
