My son has a freshly broken leg, and we went here after the ER and before a doctor appointment. Location was great, access was great, they gave us a room that required little walking. Staff was really nice and accommodating. Parking felt safe and easy. Great burritos nearby.. comfortable room, quiet. Great breakfast. Everyone was kind and considerate Oh yeah, and the price made it easy to spend 2 nights. Sure apprwciatw the hominess..
The hotel is getting a bit run down. I still liked being there, but it has the "it's seen better days' vibe. The location and concept is so great, it could use a cash infusion and a remodel.

The central location in Albuquerque was great. Lots of parking. Surprisingly quiet. Nice pool. Breakfast was good! Staff was mostly friendly except for one young desk clerk who rolled her eyes and treated me condescendingly about a question. It's an older property but pretty well maintained.
Our room had a few issues - burned out lightbulb, TV remote wasn't working. The sliding patio door didn't latch - took me a minute to find the locking bar. Not easy to get to through the curtain. Balcony had old cigarette butts on it. No USB charging ports. Nothing that would keep me from going back.

The property was in pretty good shape. It wasn’t in the best part about f town but the security on the property made me feel safe. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty decent with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal and pancakes. Huge dining area. The staff were very friendly! They seemed to enjoy their jobs and went out of their way to Make sure we were satisfied. They were by far the best part of the stay, which to me, is everything!
We did not spend a lot of time in the room but there weren’t many tv channels. Our bathroom tub needed to be scrubbed as mildew was discovered in the corner near the spout.

The location of the Ramada Midtown was great. Easy to get anywhere in the city. The breakfast was pretty good even though the scrambled eggs were not as hot as I would prefer. The room was clean, as was the entire hotel, and that's always a big plus. Stella did a wonderful job with housekeeping. The young lady in Duke's Bar was incredible. The free Wi-Fi was pretty darn fast too.
It's an aging facility but they have updated it in a good way. I couldn't get the TV in our room to work, but that was not a huge problem because we were pretty busy. I'm sure they would have fixed it if I had asked.

I did not get to have breakfast, I checked in late and left at 3:30 am for the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta. I liked that it was less than 5 miles or so to the Balloon Fiesta. I LOVED that even though some reviews are extremely scary, I gave it a chance anyway. I saw no one hanging out in the parking lots. The rooms were clean and safe. The staff was very nice and helpful. I will be looking to get a room again there next time I am in town for the Balloon Fiesta. Regular breakfast started after I left, I wish that it was earlier for this event. However, they do sell a to go breakfast, which I was not able to get due to celiac disease and the breakfast was a breakfast burrito I believe.
The hotel is very dated, but there was nothing that I did not like. I do wish that for Balloon Fiesta that breakfast hours started earlier.

The hotel is located right next to a bus stop for the number 8 route, and all the buses in ABQ are free so this made getting in and out of town easy even though the hotel is a little further out. The swimming pool and hot tub were lovely and pretty quiet. At breakfast they had a pancake machine to get fresh pancakes, and there were plenty of other options too (Though not full English style). All the staff I spoke to were really friendly and helpful and I was able to store my luggage after check out. My room was very spacious and had a bath and some nice little toiletries. I didn't hear any noise from other guests and it all seemed perfectly safe and clean.
I didn't like that they take a $100 damage deposit, especially because it will likely take a long time for the money to come back as I am using a prepaid currency card due to being an international traveler. It would be good if they had a different option for international travelers such as leaving our passports with the hotel until check out and confirmation of the room being fine.

The overall facility was excellent sporting a pool, exercise room, & a nice gift shop. There was lime & orange infused filtered water available on the ground floor. It was very refreshing! The breakfast was awesome with scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy and more.
The room was comfortable but two of the lamps didn’t work. There were quite a few large mail holes in the walls. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet plus it wiggled when you sat on it. Shower pressure was low and faucets & fixtures seemed to be overdue for maintenance.

All of it was very fine, warm, safe and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a friendly staff. It seemed a bit off the beaten track, but there was a park across the street and an emergency care close by as well as a cancer center. Probably the place where one might stay to look after those going through treatments.
The room was dark, and the little light that shined through was obscured by the location where the room was. I am in no way qualified to evaluate architecture professionally, everyone does well to consider the room’s location if you want the sunlight to reach you.

We totally dig the staff. They always made sure we're taken care of, as we frequently stayed at this hotel.
Unfortunately, the policy change on split payments, and the $300 deposit for locals have ended our desire to have any more sleepovers at this hotel. Sadly, we don't get to enjoy the pampering the staff gave us, nor will the hotel real the benefits of our frequent stays. Sorry to breakup with you like this, but it has to be done.

After staying at a previous hotel that was a night mare, I considered myself & my husband blessed to have booked our stay here. The personnel here are so friendly & amazing they made sure there was nothing else they could do for us. They checked on us and that made us feel like part of their family so much so we extended our stay because it was stress free for such a time as this for the both of us. I am recommending friends & family members to stay here. Thank you front desk staff & all who are behind the scenes that do not hear it enough you matter to us. Mr. & Mrs / Wynn RM 301
ed sham (goes around the bed) it was dirty & stained from previous patrons & cabinet door broken to the micro wave & refrigerator. we did report to front desk. They extended their apologies for this matter. to me they were very sincere.
