I was called up to Albuquerque for jury duty. I was 4 min. from the parking garage for the courthouse. I was impressed that I could get a hot egg and sausage breakfast, with even green chile! The staff was helpful, and I was very happy with my choice of hotel. Everything was clean, and my room was updated and nice. There was a possibility that I would have had to stay for a month, and I was glad I had picked this hotel.

I really don't have any complaints.

Easy to get to, right off the 40. Staff was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Not in the best of areas. But it wasn’t the worst, and I didn’t feel unsafe. Some boarded up buildings nearby. Homeless tent next door to the parking lot.

The hotel looks fairly new and had great employees. Rico was especially helpful and walked me to my room to show me where I could enter from parking outside. I appreciated this so much since I am not fully mobile and use a cane and had a small pup with me. Parking was right outside my door and made it easy to go in and out from the car. Maybe it was because I was so tired from driving, but the bed was heavenly.

The only downside is that after my daughter booked the room-traveling with a pet, there was a $25 pet fee added on. I don't mind the fee, but would have appreciated knowing at booking, rather than when I checked the reservation I had gotten in email. It turned out to be a fairly pricey room for the short time I needed it but I will stay there again if I stay overnight in Albuquerque.

The staff was great. I would like to point out they went an extra step for us when we left something extremely valuable to us. We stayed multiple days on our trip and then return trip so we're assisted by multiple people. Location was excellent and hidden treasures await fir those looking.

It was a good hotel.

I expected it to be more central than it was. It is not the best area, but we didn't have any issues. Apart from being hit by a car while trying to cross the street. Drivers don't seem to be used to pedestrians or actually seeing them.

The room was very clean. The hot air and ac were quiet and worked well. The bed was incredibly comfortable! Check in was quick and easy.

The doors are very heavy and since my room was next to the exit and stairwell, every time someone opened one of those doors my room shook. With that being said, Saturday night at 11:45 p.m there was a male guest who was fighting with 2 ladies outside the room. I got very scared and did not want to call the front desk for fear he would hear me. He raised his voice and several times and the women tried to calm him down, I thought by 12:15 things were getting quiet and I was falling asleep once again, he started up again. Their door rooms banged, the voices (although they were trying to whisper) were incredibly loud. I was traveling with my dog and I kept reassuring him it was ok, because I didn't want my dog barking.... it was a very uncomfortable feeling.

Nice location close to the freeway. We only stayed one night... checked in late, checked out early. So I wasn't really expecting much other than a clean, safe place to rest and an early breakfast (which was on-time!).

I feel the rate is a bit high, but admittedly this was one of the cheaper deals in town that I could find. If I was staying longer, I might have considered other options.

Excellent check-in/check-out service. Friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good: eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fresh waffles, coffee. Will stay here again if in area.

Breakfast eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy were lukewarm. There was a microwave to heat up food but should not have the extra step.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities are relatively new, so everything is working well and looks neat. Very clean too.

Neighborhood pretty run-down, lots of homeless people on a field close-by. If you don’t know your way around the ABQ interstate, you can easily get lost coming from the East, with all the different confusing frontage roads around, even with navigation.

Easy to access from the highway. Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Soundproofing between rooms and floors could have been better, but not a dealbreaker.
