Front desk was very helpful and nice. Beds were comfortable and the sheets were very soft. Large wall mounted shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap bottles are a fantastic upgrade to the standard hotel toiletry bottles. The long bench along the wall to place bags was very useful! My name displayed on the tv upon arrival to our room was a very nice touch :). Design of the hotel is overall excellent.
Shower had some mold near the bottom hinge and shower shelf was not very clean. Besides that, clean throughout the room and hotel. Breakfast was okay. Nothing to brag about.

Room was so clean but the bleach smell was overwhelming and gave me a migraine because I am allergic to bleach. I wish they would use a different cleaner but I did appreciate it being clean.

Fire alarms went off twice throughout the night, followed by no Information from the staff. The fire alarm in our room was blinking a bright light all night. Also there were two bottles on conditioner in our room and no shampoo.

The property was very clean. the room was comfortable.
I loved the property and only gave it a 9 because of a guest that was screaming expletives at 1 am. I know it’s not the fault of the hotel but it did ruin my peaceful night.

The morning worker was was not nice, I ask for hot coffee but didn't respond n the coffee very cold I think it was made from the day before.. they had no jacuzzi

I would recommend having extra rolls of toiletries in the room.

Breakfast was available to us . rooms were cleaned.
the waffle machine was out of order and there was no regular toasted bread or fruit. The breakfast repeated itself and no variety.....no microwave in the rooms

Perfect
The only complaint I had was the pool was freezing cold not enjoyable at all. That was one of the main reasons for staying the night.
