When we took the sheets off the bed there was blood stains on the bed cover. I should've checked before we stayed.

Nathan greeted us and made us feel at home. We each received a free beverage from the local brewery to offset the amenity charge. It is a unique Native American property with calming flute music playing. The bed was comfy, and we were traveling with a dog which they did not charge extra for like most other locations. It is laid back and comfortable. We will stay again on our journeys thru Albuquerque.

The chairs in 118 need to go! They are dreadful! The hot tub in the a.m. was filling with cold water. Maybe do this at night.

Very beautiful hotel. Rooms were attractively decorated with artistic paintings on the wall. Food and lounge were provided. Conveniently located for our purposes. Outstanding staff!

Never got housekeeping in a 3 night stay. Told them after day 1 and put us 1st on their list and provided us with Kleenex and clean towels. Next day no housekeeping again! At check out they refunded the nightly amenities charge of $20 for each night ($60 refund total) and apologized. Also restaurant and lounge closed at 8pm each day! No breakfast hours at restaurant!

I loved the pool and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable. The room was nice and clean. Having Garduno's restaurant in the hotel was very nice. The hotel was close to other restaurants which we hand many choices to go out to eat.

I wish the pool hours were open later. The elevator felt like there was a hole in the floor board when you entered. It could be a trip hazard.

My family enjoyed everything about this property. The staff is very helpful and kind. The rooms were great, clean, and very inviting. Loved the uniqueness of every room...the artwork in each of them one of a kind. My kids loved the pool and patio area. The adults had a wonderful time in the restaurant and bar area. Our balcony view was breathtaking as we enjoyed watching the hot air balloons every morning. Parking area was very accessible and loved the beautiful landscaping. Highly recommended!

No hair dryer or tissues Unexpected no. Refundable “anenities fee” which I didn’t use at all and which will likely keep me from staying there again. Loved the place but am a senior living on a low income and every $20 is precious. This needs to be specified upfront when the booking is made. To not divulge this upfront so that it is obvious is dishonest in my opinion. You think you are booking a room for $110 and by the time all the taxes and hidden fees are added it becomes $150. I don’t care if “all the big chains are doing it”. It is still dishonest

The staff was really good front desk was really nice everything was good never experienced it did it this year very good love it the bed was comfortable everything there was very good I liked it a very good upgrade love the balcony love the balcony I will definitely stay there again but with good air conditioner

The only thing that I had a problem was my air conditioner and you guys don't have extra fans cuz it's hot at night especially in the summer there.

The pool was nice. Unique foyer. Open upper levels.

The pool and how staff was inattentive of it's needs. Which isn't there fault of the lack of respect guests had for it's property. Also including the vomit in the only elevator on the premise. Then no kitchen staff for breakfast. But ad says there is. As well as sheets having stains.

Beds were super comfortable. There were many areas to put down suitcases and souvenirs without getting in the way of walking around the room. We were on the first floor right by the lobby. Great location. Loved having a microwave and fridge in the room as well. I enjoyed the artworks that were chosen for my room as well. Restaurant have a very friendly staff and good food as well.

All was good.

It was conveniently located to the medical center that we needed. The staff was amazingly courteous and kind

The restaurant isn't open until 11 and not every day so we had to go out to get food. Also while we very much enjoy Mexican food, the restaurant menu indicated no American food option except a green chili burger..no basic sandwiches or non-ethnic salads or soups
