Front desk staff were amazing! I’m sorry I can’t remember individual names but the morning afternoon and evening front desk people were very helpful and friendly. My room was quiet and very clean! Excellent job, housekeeping staff! Very good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was also excellent! Many many choices! Great coffee, that’s important! I was also under 10 minutes from getting into the middle of Gallup itself. Came to visit some friends and do my annual turquoise shopping As a female, traveling alone, I felt very safe, and I definitely will return and book a stay next time. I’m in Gallup!

The decor was very nice throughout the motel. The bed & pillows were comfortable in our king room. It was one of the cleanest motels that we've ever stayed in. The breakfast room was kept immaculate; their attention to sanitation was very apparent.

The water pressure in the shower was disappointing and the hand towel was pretty flimsy. The sound proofing between floors wasn't the best; we could hear the person above us walking back & forth across their room and train traffic was constant.

This hotel has undoubtedly got THE 2 BEST employees of any hotel I have ever stayed in: 1)Receptionist Alex..............Incredible, Professional, Talented and SO kind. 2)Chef Janaida who makes the best scrambled eggs I have ever tasted outside of Ireland! Wow...Janaida you are a truly brilliant and caring chef..........I cannot wait to return for some more of your magnificent scrambled eggs: Yum!!! I really hope Marriott Bonvoy Management realize the 2 treasures they have in these 2 excellent employees!

The room was clean and comfortable. And the staff was above average. Amanda Cometsevah helped me check in and out. She was fantastic. As a solo traveler it’s important for me to feel safe. She greeted me and chatted a bit with me while she checked me in. Personable and friendly.

Easy to park…the parking lot needs replacing but I felt safe.

The lock on the door (on my June16th stay didn't work. The television did not receive a signal. I moved to another room. The television did not have signal in the morning of the June 20th stay. The breakfast was skimpy. The pre-made (bought) sausage biscuit was soggy, and small.

I bed was comfortable and really happy pets are okay although the pet deposit is high.

I wish there was a grass area for my dog even if it was fake grass. The continental breakfast isn't worh advertising. Not a very good selection.

New, extremely clean, well designed and decorated. The shower was phenomenal and the bath products wonderful. The bed and linens were well done and pillows were a good assortment

the location was great..easy access on and off the freeway, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean and pretty well laid out.

would like to have an actual chair in the room not just ottoman, plus I would have liked to have a couple flavored creamers available for coffee in the morning. would have preferred the start time for breakfast to be 600am.

Breakfast was pretty good in terms of choices; room very clean and comfortable; and hotel is fairly close to a good restaurant (El Rancho Hotel).
