Location was right off the main road. Any direction you drove you have access to various stores and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Quite at night. Breakfast was good. Pool was clean, clear and open to cool down and relax after a long day out in town. Asked for extra supplies and staff was nice and helpful.

Stayed for 2 nights and room was not clean by cleaning crew. Left a towel to be swapped out and came back to have the towel still on the floor and beds not made. There was no refrigerator in the room and curtains do not close. Outside light came in through window and lit up room all night.

I recently visited Santa Fe, and I don't really have any complaints about this property. While I did not find it 'perfectly clean', I found it clean enough. The microwave was a bit dirty, and when I opened the door, realized that there was no microwave plate. I reported it to the front desk, and the gentleman there replaced it immediately. I also found a bath towel that appeared to have dried blood on it (most umpleasant) and again, the gentleman at the front desk was apologetic and assured me that this oversight would be addressed; and he offered me a full set of replacement towels. The complementary breakfast was better than many properties you will find. upon checkout, the manager on duty not only allowed my wife and I a late checkout without charging us, they also did not charge us for the small companion pup we travel with that is a buddy to my small service dog. The location is very convenient to a number of good local restaurants, and only 4 miles from the Santa Fe Plaza. I certainly felt that I received good value for what I paid, and I did appreciate their kind and attentive service.

Again - in general, the property could have been a bit cleaner; and when I did a load of laundry at the property, the adjacent rest room definitely needed a major cleaning. When I brought issues to the staff, they were receptive and accommodating.

For being a budget place, I was surprised by the cleanliness, the room, the comfortable bed, and the friendly staff. It is close enough to the airport (14 minutes with Uber) and about 7 minutes with Uber to the center. There are some shops not to far. The breakfast included waffles, cereals, white bread, tea, coffee, and milk. Although not to my taste, most Americans there seemed content with the selection.

Coming from Europe and being picky on food, I feel that the breakfast could use a better selection of bread, maybe croissants or some fresh cheese. However, this is not typical in this price range. My next hotel costs three times as much and does not include breakfast.

Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Great price and right in the downtown area, next to everything we wanted to see. Staff was super nice and helpful. Usually hotel coffee in the room is terrible, but they had a keurig in the room and the coffee was great. I was very pleasantly surprised. We also had a microwave and mini fridge, which was great for heating up leftovers. We took the kids swimming at the pool. It wasn't too large and we had a blast. Well maintained and clean. Safety devices were accessible on the wall. Breakfast was nice and included in the price. Nothing fancy, but a good selection that even the toddlers ate. I'd definitely recommend staying here. Great price, great location, and amenities were on point.

Through no fault of the hotel's, someone had their dirt bike stolen off the back of their truck in the parking lot. Someone also tried to pry open my gas tank. Just make sure your belongings are locked up or bring them in the hotel.

I'd like more protein options for breakfast but the coffee is good and there is yogurt and apples. The food area is clean and well stocked. The room is well appointed and clean and the mgr moved me when the guests above me were stomping and banging around constantly. The manager, Jan, was very kind and helpful. There is easy access from the street, well lit parking, the area is clean. The rate was the best in town. The bed was very comfortable.

The doors slam loudly and often which is jarring. Having a mini fridge and microwave and coffee maker is very useful.

The bed was very comfortable. The pool was nice. They said it was heated to 85°. It would've been nice if it was more like 90°.  I liked the continental breakfast, except for the syrup for the waffles. It had a very bad aftertaste, and in general just didn't taste good, that's my opinion. 

The heater really dried out the room even with a humidifier I had brought, and unfortunately I was on medication that dried me out some as well so I ended up only getting three hours sleep because of that. Also, when I arrived at the room, they had the air conditioning on, so it was freezing and I noticed the air conditioning in the hallway was also set at 60° And it was a chilly night that night. 

the place was perfect . the attendant at the front desk was accommodating very quick with his part of the process and I have zero complaints the rooms charm ing , the bed was comfortable there was a couch and a chair it was super good for the money it was the best place i have been in months ....I will gladly return there on my next visit to the Santa Fe area .

no complaints other than the parking lot was like so many in New Mexico it was somewhat displaced from the structure where you have to park away from your direct sight . a bit difficult to keep an eye on your vehicle especially considering that the property has it listed every two feet or so outside that they will not be responsible for any loss to you at all . so that is a bit concerning when you can't really see your wheels from where you are . but alm things considered the place is in my opinion a five star three star hotel .

Multiple cars Street racing on Cerrillos was horrible the first 4 nights, I finally called the police. ‘Keep you awake’ noise late into the night. Also the flood lights on the front of the building are hard to block out, even with the black out curtains. Due to both of these issues, I would recommend you request a room on the backside of the building, away from the street.

The staff was super friendly, I needed to use the business center and the printer was down so the front desk helped me out right away. They were always available for questions and helping out when we needed it.

The treadmill is on it’s last legs, I had three false starts before I got a successful run. Our room was so far from the hot water heater that it took almost 10 minutes with the water running to get a hot shower. The towel bar in the bathroom was MIA, and the insulation on the window was mostly gone. We could hear the traffic very well, thankfully there was plenty of window covering to draw closed and keep the temperature comfortable.

Staff was extremely friendly. The pre-check in made check in super easy. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The breakfast didn't have a lot of quality options . There was only old pizza in the food warmer. The coffee creamer pumps were refilled with coffee flavoring instead of creamer. The bread seemed stale.
