Front office the lady with tattoos on her sleeve cannot remember her name but she is a very very nice respectful sweet heart great customer service and helps u any way possible that she can

The room was very clean! It looked like it was newly renovated. We parked in front of our room. The door was very secure. The air worked wonderful. Lot's of hot water when i figured out the faucet. It had internet and TV.

There was someone living next door in one of the rooms adjacent to ours, with a locked door connected to our room. During the day their outside door was wide open and it was horrible inside. They would close the door as soon as we pulled in or came out of our room. In the early morning someone was calling for someone outside our door around 3:00am. There was no blow dryer in the room. No coffee maker. No coffee in the lobby because of covid.

Well located, clean room, fairly quiet, and comfortable.

On a three night stay, the room was not cleaned during the stay. Trash cans were full, no complimentary shampoo.

It was close to food & plenty of gas stations!

THE SHOWER!!! Whoever designed that clearly has not tried to use it. Too small, and everytime you try to turn around your knocking the handle over to cold or spewing water out all over the floor. People walking around late being loud, kinda made me worry about the safety of our car & possessions.

The friendliness and competence of staff. The front office person return my wallet to me after it was found in the parking lot. She was very polite and she also helped me get a refund because I needed to leave a day early. My impression of her is that she knows everything that’s going on on the property.

Group of men next to me were loud until about 10:45 PM. I had to ask them to take items off my windowsill because I don’t think they were aware that anybody else stays there. They seemed a little unaware of being courteous towards others. However I would still recommend this Motel six because of management.

The clerk named Rosie had a bad attitude, was rude several different occasions to myself and my daughter. When I arrived home, I called to ask for Managers info, she hung up on me twice.

The room was clean and quiet. There was a food truck near the hotel and they had great Mexican food. It was priced fairly and convenient for my travels.

The air conditioner didn't work.

The room was very clean. All linens were clean. Staff very nice. I had bad experiences at Motel 6 in Holbrook AZ and one in Albuquerque very recently. This stay in Santa Fe changed my mind completely about staying at Motel 6. Going to bypass Albuquerque and stay here again.

It was clean and convenient for my travels. The rate was fair. There was a food truck next door that served delicious Mexican food.

great location easy to find

hard bed and the smoke alarm battery was going off all night. we checked in at midnight and it was already singing. good thing when we told them before heading out the next morning they had it fixed fast.
