The location of the Baymont is a little obscure, its isis kind of hard to see traveling down the road. It’s a very busy area with lots going on. The rooms were clean and comfy. The front desk was very helpful, and provided extra comforts when requested. Breakfast was a step up from cold danishes and warm coffee, they served hot scrambled eggs, had a pancake And a waffle machine. Also had breads and cold cereal. Overall a good breakfast.

Parking was a bit tricky. I wasn’t aware that the parking lot stops and was not a wrap around parking lot, so I had to back out once I realized I was not able to drive around. Some parts of the facility need fixing: hall carpets, the shower head in my room was an obvious “in house fix job” but it still worked well so no big deal.

The bed was fine. The staff were courteous, friendly and accomadating. I was able to switch rooms away from the main road side, which made my stay quieter, the extra cost was not that much more.

The bathrooms were really small, the tub seemed very shallow. The exterior clearly needed stucco works, as every window seemed to have been replaced, onm the backside of the building. Bare concrete was visible. There seem to be a few lights out on the outside, and it could use many more security cameras.

The hotel was perfect the staff was perfect couldn't ask for more very good 👏

The only thing that we didn't like was the traffic noise but we have stayed in hotels near main streets so it's understandable but maybe next time we could possibly get a room on the other side other than that it was an exceptional stay thank you.

The staff who checked us in when we arrived was so amazing. She was working the evening shift and I didn't get her name. I want to give a huge shout out to how helpful she was!

Everything was great. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and had many options to choose from.

It was really close and convenient from my work. I think the location is also close to great restaurants and a moll which was incredible since Santa Fe’s businesses close relatively early.

I think for the prices was excellent.

Everything the breakfast was amazing the eggs were delicious, pillows super comfy, bed was a good medium soft hard, blind totally blacked out the sun, slept amazing there the lady that took care of us was super happy.

The front door stayed locked due to the homeless which I was also concerned about our vehicle in the parking lot. I know the homeless is not the fault of the Baymont Motel. We will stay there again. It's the city of Santa Fe that has caused this problem.

Location easy to find and restaurant choices are close by. Plenty of parking and check in staff were friendly and helpful. Cheaper than staying in Santa Fe center.

No lift to the upper floor. Could do with more fresh fruit choices at breakfast.

Hotel was clean and decently priced. Bathroom was in good shape with decent water pressure. It's a good stop-over location. Breakfast was limited but sufficient. They have a pancake and waffle maker!

Location was several miles from old Santa Fe. And, although on a busy road, seemed remote. Breakfast was limited.

The continental breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Next time I’m in Santa Fe I will definitely stay here again.
