Lobby made a great first impression, staff all were smiling and anxious to help. room was average, Coffee machine looked brand new. Gorman prints on the wall (famous Taos artiest ) room was quiet. Breakfast was fantastic! Biscuits and gravy, WOW sausage patties or links. They even had green Chilli Sauce. What a gastronomic delight that was !

The shower head in room 135 needs attention. It has been cross screwed with 90% water pressure lost to leaking.

Everything, I loved the location and the people. It was quiet and clean. The breakfast was great. The location was excellent. No complaints. Those who have complained didn't do their research. It's an old hotel in an old town. If you want state of the art 10 star luxury amenities, then don't stay here, or better yet, don't complain.

Staff was well trained, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was more than i expected in qualityand variety. Loved the hand carved wood and SW decor.

We could hear the people in adjacent rooms sneeze snore, tv etc. Pool was closed.

The Server was fantastic , kind and very helpful. She was quite friendly too ! I enjoyed the meal as well. The food was prepared absolutely delicious ! ! ! ! ! The surrounding area where the food was served , was neat and clean , with an atmosphere conducive of breakfast !

Absolutely nothing ! And the hotel was very clean and organized. The rooms had a freshness in them, just as fresh as the mountain air. I liked the location of the hotel as well. It was easy to access most of the locations that I wanted to visit. I will book there again. I would have liked a bar to purchase a cocktail. I like the bar atmosphere to help me sleep and also meet other people.

Didn't like exterior of the hotel, the placed look like an abandon building when driving up to it.

Great location and very good breakfast. Room was clean. Mattress was not the greatest.

One of our rooms had a bath tub that would not drain and the outside door would not open. They came while we were out and everything was fixed.

The young man at front desk was friendly and helpful. The property was very clean everywhere.

Hot tub has been out of service for months , but that isn’t mentioned in the advertisement and also advertised as it has a restaurant, but doesn’t.

The electric outlets were worn and many didn’t work. Although you attempted to have additional USB outlets, many of them didn’t work. Not enough lighting in the room, it always seemed dark, except when the curtain was open, during the day time.

Not enough electrical outlets in room. Had to put coffee pot on floor to use due to nowhere to plug in. Out window. Looking out at pool and mountains had big smear on it that reduced visibility.

Decent stay. Nice to have complimentary breakfast included.

A little pricey for the type of room. Also missing some of the complimentary toiletries. Assigned to a room on the 2nd floor but no elevator available that we saw. Ice machine was a long hike from our room.
