The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

After completing the on-line check-in, I had to repeat and complete the routine check-in at the front desk. No bathroom amenities. Very slow service at the breakfast bistro. Chambermaid knocked at door over an hour prior to checkout to see if we had vacated room. In this day of electronic notifications, the front desk should be able to notify staff when guests have vacated room.

I had dropped my daughter off at camp in NY (from LA) and needed a decent, clean, comfortable room by the Albany airport and the Courtyard Marriott fit the bill perfectly. It was super easy to find, plenty of parking and a quick check in. This location seemed like it was a more new version and had a very clean feel to it. There was even a little Bistro inside the hotel that you could get dinner and drinks at. The room was a decent size and pretty clean. The bed was surprisingly super comfortable.

The only thing that I noticed was that there was some dirt/ dust on the side of the shower but everything else was super clean so I assumed it was just accidentally forgotten.

Superb Hotel, recently built, extremely clean, comfy bed, well located. Breakfast is simple and delicious. Lots of A/C outlets in the room, modern furnishing, excellent ironing equipment, quality 1800 watt hair dryer , modern roomy shower, Shampoo, Body wash, conditioner excellent quality. Yes, even the facial tissue and hygiene paper rolls are buy for home quality. Would definitely go back without hesitation to this place.

There is no clear markings of what the shower soaps are. It’s written in light text on a light coloured bottle. Try going into the shower half awake in the morning trying to figure which is the body soap, shampoo or conditioner. Now imagine if you usually wear glasses !! Nothing like using conditioner all over your body when you thought is was body wash. Also, ladies note, there is no magnifying mirror in the bathroom for make up or a shower cap. Good grief, just those last few details could of made this hotel perfect. But I still would go back to this place.

My wife and I liked the Shuttle services. We used your shuttle when we dropped off the rental car and when we went to the airport early morning departure day. Also, the Bar food was excellent the night of our stay and the bar personnel were very friendly.

Your hotel provided just what we needed, so no complaints. The only thing is the lodging fee could have been a little less.

The location is very good, close to the airport and to Wolf Rd where there are plenty of restaurants and a shopping mall. The breakfast choice is limited, the portions are moderate but food quality is ok. The hotel is new, clean, the rooms are spacy. Windows have good noise isolation.

All was great nice new clean , breakfast could have being better small variety !

The worst we ever experience sound from HVAC unit !!! For new hotel it’s not exactable ! Was no problem for us , but in shower water was splashing out to the floor because of design of door opening !

This was a perfect place to start our trip in NY. Arrived late and planned a trek further south to my old stomping grounds (Catskills). Very comfortable beds and close enough to roam around the local area. couldn’t be happier with the accommodations and friendly staff. - very affordable as well. Thanks to all. 🙏

We didn’t spend enough time on any details so I don’t have any qualms. All good.

I would have rated this facility a 10 but the king size bed was crushed on one side (my side). I have no idea why one side of the be should be so worn out.

very clean, updated room. we loved hanging out on the back patio around the gas fire pit. the location is perfect. close to everything and a safe area. the shower was large and very clean with great water pressure.

The shower has full size 39 degrees north shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which is awesome!! except the conditioner and body wash was empty and i couldn’t do anything about it because i was already in the shower. that is my only complaint.

the appearance of the outside and lobby and overall room. The restaurant also looked pretty. hallways were neat for the most part.

the elevators smelled really bad. not sure why. also the bathroom had hair and some stains that were removable on the floor.
