Even though my flight was an hour late at 10:30 PM, on a Sunday night, the Trilogy Hotel sent their shuttle within minutes to pick me up. Their driver, Andy, was very helpful and friendly.

The bare floors of my room were beautiful to look at, but some form of rug would have been nicer to walk on. Although, I admit the floors were absolutely clean.

The location was easy to access and conveniently off the main roads.

Restaurant was closed for the holiday weekend. Nothing was posted online. Parking lot was topped off without prior notice. Notification was delivered sometime while we were out and only saw it when we got back to hotel . Otherwise it was a good comfortable place to stay.

The room was way larger than expected with a large walk-in shower and refrigerator. Location was quiet in spite of proximity to the airport.

Double beds were rather uncomfortable with stiff sheets. Air conditioner sounded like a freight train.

Property was very clean and parking was great. Front desk was able to answer all my questions. Everything looks as pictured. Room was comfortable and very clean.

Nothing everything was great it was super quiet.

Very clean, very comfortable hotel next to the airport. Super easy to access from the highway. Staff is super fast with all tasks, never had to wait for anything. Would recommend for a short stay.

This place was very good, the desk greeted me with warm welcomes. I did not have breakfast due to my schedule.

I really can't say if anything I didn't like cause I was going to meeting's most of the time.

I liked the colour scheme in the room cool greys instead of the usual browns/ beiges. The furniture and beds all looked brand new and were modern style.

My biggest gripe was the very firm mattress . . . way too hard! Tiling in the bathrooms had not been redone and mold was showing in a lot of the grouting along with keeping the old granite which didn’t fit the colour scheme. Spray of diluted bleach would immediately clean this up. DO IT My room didn’t have coffee accessories like creamer sugar.

The breakfast was delicious, with REAL scrambled eggs, and fresh fruit. That is so appreciated!

It was a little pricey.

My stay was great, the hotel is great, clean and close to the airport. 24/7 check in which is really hepful when your flight is delayed

I think breakfast should have been included in the price
