As someone who is under 21 but needed a place to stay, this was perfect. Glad they take 18 and up! It’s a beautiful hotel and our room was perfect, we had the king bed we booked and were easily able to check in. Was great for our overnight visit.

Only issue was the shower didn’t drain well… everything else was perfect. Just a minor issue, only staying one night it didn’t bother us to take quick showers.

my knock came from the fact we arrived around midnight. exhausted.. nobody was there at the door to greet or assist us with unloading luggage OR helping my travel companion (who is 85 and quite disabled) make her way into the hotel. That was pretty shocking, for a hotel with such an excellent reputation. Once the gentleman at the front desk saw the situation, he immediately got her a wheel chair, and PERSONALLY wheeled her all the way back to her room--at the southernmost end of the hotel. he was very helpful.

The lobby area was absolutely gorgeous , & the rooms were SO CLEAN. You can from the second you got in that it was a clean hotel. (another bonus but not necessity was the size of the shampoos & stuff in the shower , most places give you enough to last 2 people a night lol). Staff was also all super friendly (:

Nothing to complain about from our stay.

The room was a great price- nice bathroom. Water was hot and great water pressure. Also, the bathroom toiletries provided were the best I have ever used. There was an adorable balcony off the bedroom with French doors leading out to the space which overlooked a courtyard. It was all super charming.

Very clean, staff was kind and helpful, very cool place! I loved the fireplace feeling and smell in the entrance!

Toiletries were not available in the bathroom besides hand soap, hand lotion, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I had to call and ask for a toothbrush. The bed sheets were rough making it uncomfortable to sleep in.

Everything! Staff was lovely. Room was perfect. Loved the fluffy pillows!

Breakfast should have been included. Atleast coffee, tea, or juice and a small bite:granola bar, box of raisins, piece of fruit a minimum offering. (1) Bottled water should also be offered daily.

Fresh and clean and very nice barr and restaurant. Great ambients when you come into the Lobby on a cold day and there's a roaring fire in the beautiful fireplace. After we got our room , we came back to sit in front of the fire. Very nice feature in the Lounge as well .

Starting to creep up in pricing. Be careful !!

My room was beyond what I had hoped for , however I do feel that the bathrooms should have toothpaste . And more towels and washcloths , as well as toothbrushes . I also feel that you should let customers know of oncoming fees before you take it off their card .

Most everything was excellent with one exception

This was a room for 2 people; hence TWO suitcases. Yet only ONE luggage rack was available. There needed to be 2. Staff was able to find an extra one during our first stay, but NOT during our second stay.

The property is absolutely beautiful. If one is planning an event, this is definitely a place to visit and consider. Room was extra clean, beautiful, well located. Breakfast was large and delicious. I would definitely go back.
