The breakfast was really good. I appreciate that there were many options which made it very filling. I also liked how close the location was to the subway and the bus stop which made our commuting experience run smoothly. Our room was big, spacious with good lighting and a comfortable bed plus there was a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The hotel was good value for what we paid for.

I didn't like that you had to book a day in advance to have your room cleaned.

I loved the hotel itself. The rooms were comfortable & clean. The bed was a tad bit too soft 4 me otherwise it was comfy. The toilet was not 2inches from the floor. It was high and I LOVED THAT.

I swore booking.com said the hotel had parking. IT DOES NOT but there is garage parkn next 2 it operated by some1 who barely understood &/or spoke English. WHAT I DID NOT LIKE THE MOST WAS THAT PERSON DRIVES YA VEHICLE N2 YHE GARAGE SPACE WHICH U CANT SEE. THE LANES ARE BARELY BIG ENUF 4 1 VEHICLE AND ITS THE SAME WAY OUT. THE CARS COMN IN HAD TO KEEP BACKING OUT 2 LET CARS LEAVE. INSANE

everything was as expected and in place the Reciption staff was amazing and more than excellent specially Mr. Mostafa he was awesome if I come back again this may because I want to have friendly conversations and good time again, moreover the cleansing was perfect and room service came everyday and the breakfast was simple but the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and 2 minutes away from metro station and bus. overall experience is fantastic.

The breakast was good. The front desk staff were exceptional. They were very helpful and friendly.. they did everything they could to make our stay a good one. The room was great and it was very accessible for for my husband who uses a wheelchair.

We had trouble finding parking on the street. It would help if there was at least one space at the hotel for handicap parking.

The staff were extremely helpful. We were moving and had not planned to stay in the city. For security reasons we decided we had to bring in all our bags were were carrying including food, photos and papers! The staff offered to help and were very thoughtful. Then on my last day I had trouble uploading photos for a visa application and asked the front desk for help. The attendant very cheerfully helped me and seemed so pleased that he could help. I can't say enough good things about every one of your front desk workers I met/interacted with, both the night we checked in and the morning we checked out. Also, the bed was extremely comfortable!

Can't think of anything, except it would be nice to have less expensive parking available. Not sure that would even be possible.

The breakfast food options were impressive. And the hotel overall is very clean.

*The coffee at breakfast was not good and out of character to the rest of the breakfast foods. *I didn't like being assigned to an ADA accommodations room appropriate for a person in a wheelchair. There was no bathtub option, and the shower water drainage posed a slipping hazard. I ended up putting towels on a wet floor to avoid falling. Fortunately, I didn't fall. If I return to the hotel, I will specifically ask that I Not be assigned to an ADA room appropriate for a person in a wheelchair.

We needed a place to stay for a month and compared to similar hotels in the area and AirBNB's this seemed like the best choice. This however was way better then what we expected. The free breakfast every morning consists of assorted types of eggs, hot cereal, cold cereal, breads, muffins, tea coffee, multiple juices etc. The hotel is very clean and well maintained and add a friendly staff your doing great. The rooms are small but modern with a nice bathroom, shower, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. We brought our firestick so we are streaming all our subscription apps smoothly over their high speed complementary internet.

I really did wish the windows cracked open so get some fresh air. No parking offered so at night its a bit of a hustle to find a spot on the local streets. The last minor issue was the house keeping dont use a door stop but instead use the manual swing door lock to prevent the doors from closing all the way and all morning you can hear the banging as the room doors close and hit the lock. None of these minor issues would prevent me from coming back or recommend this to any one else :)

modern hotel with excellent facilities. Good sized room. excellent breakfasts.

room was not serviced during our stay. was told we needed to ask for this the previous day, but we weren’t made aware of this when we checked in. reception did provide us with fresh towels though. hotel was a little out of the way and the subway service was not reliable during our stay because of maintenance works.

It was easy to check in and check out, the room plus amenities were great.

They didn't have any free parking despite what I saw while booking. I had to pay $33 to park overnight. Also, they ran out of juice during breakfast and since the kids can't have coffee, they didn't have much to drink. We were offered flavored water or some zero calorie drink but that's not the same. The eggs were also not nice but everything else was fine.

- The hotel itself was clean, and in good condition. - The complimentary breakfasts were pretty good and exceeded the standard of some other breakfasts experienced on recent business trips at similar quality establishments. - the subway station allowing access to the main metro network was just round the corner

- The hotel was just at the edge of the Sunset Park neighbourhood. The Sunset Park public park and neighbouring streets are pleasant enough, but the hotel backing onto the railway tracks is at the edge, where there still seems to be some active renovation and restoration going on.
