You had to pay to park in the hotel parking lot $35 per each time you park and wasn’t made aware until I reached the property. Street parking is very limited.

The staff was really nice, the breakfast was good and the size of the room was also great. We had access to an hairdryer, an iron, a TV and air conditioning which were really helpful. There's a direct train from times square which was definitely a plus for us. The staff let is overstay for a couple hours after our check-out, with an extra fee, which made it also really helpful for us before leaving for the airport.

The bathroom had a fan that was extremely loud. It was a little bit annoying. There was no mini bar / fridge so we couldn't keep our sandwiches in there. There must've been a miscommunication between the staff because they kept calling and knocking on our door after our check-out time (even though we had agreed we'd pay the fee to stay for a little bit longer the night before).

The hotel is wonderful. The breakfast is very hearty and filling, and on Sundays, they even offer fruits. You can also make a delicious, substantial waffle yourself. The bed is huge and comfortable, and the shower is spacious—it's not just a shower cabin but a full shower.

One thing I would suggest is adding a way to heat water in the room, along with items like cups, to make it possible to have tea in the room. This would be nice, especially since the kitchen closes after breakfast and there's nothing available afterward

I recently stayed at this accommodation and was pleased with many aspects. It’s located in a quiet area, conveniently close to the metro, making it easy to get around. The neighborhood is lovely, with plenty of charming restaurants and a vibrant market with various shops.

The main drawback was the noise level from the main road, which could be bothersome at times. Light sleepers might need earplugs.

The women helping with breakfast was very nice and attentive. Management should suggest she have a TIP gar. Room was clean with a lot of towels.

When I checked in the clerk asked if I minded the first floor. I asked why? She said most people don't like the first floor. I realized since the room was near the breakfast area/lobby it got nosier early in the morning. My stay was just overnight so it was NOT a problem. If I stayed longer, I would not have accepted the 1st floor. The breakfast area was extremely small.

The hotel is very well located in Brooklyn close to the subway station, markets, pharmacy and restaurants. Spacious room for NYC standards, very clean and very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast by NYC standards too (most hotels don't have it) - they offer waffles, bagels, breads, coffee, milk, juices, eggs, cereal, etc. I would definitely consider returning to this hotel when I visit NYC again.

The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially when I was checking out. The evening clerk even went as far as to carry my bags to the curb for my UBER driver!! Well beyond good customer service!! The bathroom was large, and well equipped for disabled clients, with bars for holding on located everywhere.

No microwave in the room. Cleaning staff did not follow through with my request for extra soap and towels. Fee for parking seemed a bit excessive.

After our first few days we came back to a made bed & mostly clean sheets

First day we arrived the bedding/sheets were not clean nor the towels in the bathroom. Bathroom has mackup & someone's red hair one the towels. The sheets had hairs under & on the covers. Maybe leg hair, armpit hair or public hair.. but after the first 3 days the bedding was changed

The room was absolutely fantastic. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. The location is wonderful. Reception staff were helpful, and cleaning staff did exceptional jobs.

The refrigerator was incredibly noisy, we had to unplug it at night to actually sleep peacefully. Breakfast options were quite sad and low quality. The lack of secure lift is concerning. The room also lacked a safe.

Good location for accessing transit and JFK, but also walking distance from lots of restaurants and shopping. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful, including booking me an early cab to airport and recommending a diner for breakfast.

More vegan options at hotel breakfast would be helpful.
