I had a wonderful stay in this place.The owner goes above and beyond to please the guests.Me and my friend had just arrived and didnt even enter the hotel and the owner came outside to greet us and wish us a warm welcome. He also gave us a choice to pick our room.Once we got settled my friend wanted to watch TV but the remote didnt work.As soon as i reported it to the owner( forgive me for not remembering his name ) he gave us a remote that works and a room heater as well.There were muffins,bottles of water ,tea,coffee and chips available on the upper level lobby.The bed was super comfy.The bathroom has a nice size shower cabin and it was very clean.I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Cold Spring.

downtown location on main st. friendliness of owner. generous discount on food at the cafe. comfortable bed. snacks. you have to troll around a bit to find parking. I called the owner and he found a space and held it for me!

the first night the ac was as cold as I could want. the 2nd night I could not get it quite cool enough. maybe because the weather has been terribly how.

the location was perfect, and the man who checked me in was very nice. the decor was interesting, the air conditioning worked fine, there was enough hot water, everything was clean ... very convenient, good value for money.

I can't think of a thing. For a longer stay, I'd need a bigger room (and a desk) -- but for a quick overnight, this was really perfect. Much appreciated .

The owner and all of the staff we met were so friendly and welcoming and accommodating. From the moment we got there we felt comfortable, as if we were staying at a friend's house.

I believe all of the rooms here are different sizes and shapes which is fine. Our room and bathroom could have used some more shelf space. The bathroom was very nicely finished, but there was limited space to put your toiletries. The room too was very nice, but could have use some more shelf space for things like keys, wallets, glasses, etc.

Location, quaint , very clean . Most of all, the staff and owners were all superb. Hospitality is the essence of service at this hotel. The hotel is small and for good reason as each and every guest is welcomed and cared for throughout their stay. It was a unique experience that I will always remember

The owner was very friendly when we arrived. He gave us a room on the ground floor which was very helpful as we had heavy luggage. He also told us to help ourselves to bottled water and anything we needed in supply cupboard. The rooms are behind a cafe on the Main Street. Cold Spring felt very safe. The room was lovely and quiet with a comfortable bed. There is free WiFi.

WiFi signal is a bit weak, it does work but was a bit slow.

The hotel was beautiful, cozy and clean. The owner was wonderfully personable and accommodating. The location was centrally located and within walking distance of everything in Cold Spring. The price was extremely reasonable and being able to book a single night instead of having to book a minimum of 2 was an added bonus. We will DEFINITELY being staying there again!!

The bed was not as comfortable as we hoped and we could hear a little too much from the surrounding rooms.

Location was perfect. Right in the middle of town and walking distance to everywhere. Jimmy, the owner, had his son, Adam, helps us with our bags because my husband's hip was bothering him. very accommodating. Gave us free coffee and half price on food. Also, there was live music one night with a talented acoustic guitar player. The room was super clean, and I liked that I could open the window to get some fresh air.

Room was a little small. With the bed pushed up against the wall, one of us had to crawl over the other to get to the bathroom at night. No washcloths and no Kleenex in the room.

The location was great! Near shops, coffee shops, and a short walk to a park by the Hudson. Staff was super friendly! I had to check in at midnight and he gave me instructions to let myself in. He had soup for me ready to heat up.. it was just what I needed to settle in after a long day of traveling! I had coffee and water in their eating area. also offered muffins. Highly recommend!

Very friendly, helpful host, super comfy bed! We stayed in the queen suite with the green walls and massive carved bed. Right in the center of Main Street! Such a cute town and walking distance for all the shops, restaurants and river side park.

One side of the bed was a little tight to the wall and as parking was on the street, it could be a challenge to find a close spot at times.
