The hotel is a bit old but it seems it is undergoing some renovation, so that may change soon. The staff were nice and helpful and I felt very welcome. The room I was staying in was nice, spacious and clean (a bit old though). The breakfast was good and tasty as well, not the widest selection, but it had everything that was needed and even hot cinnamon buns. There is a good size swimming pool and spacious parking as well.

In the Spa area, there is a sauna, which unfortunately did not work. The area around does not have too many entertainment opportunities. I did not manage to locate the fort or get to the river as all the surrounding small roads seem to be private.

The price was great for what we were given, free good Breakfast was an added bonus. We stayed at another hotel the night before but paid more for way less such as the indoor pool, good breakfast. The other hotel had terrible breakfast. Great wolf inn is very nice, But I rather stay at the holiday inn, which is just as nice, but has more things to do especially if you have small children.

The people next door were noisy and banging the walls very late. But this doesn't affect the great quality of your hotel .

We rented a king suite with a jacuzzi tub and everything was well worth it and the space was great! All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating! I enjoyed the round the clock coffee in the lobby and the breakfast choices in the morning were phenomenal! My only complaint was the lack of bacon lol, but they had 2 sausage types available if you like sausage. The atmosphere of the entire place was lovely, as you could tell it was mostly families and there was no loud parties at 3am. We will stay again and highly recommend!

Requested handicapped room with roll in shower. Was told they didn't have one, but when we checked in, we were given one. It was excellent!

No place to sit in breakfast room, not enough seating, and my husband uses a walker. We had to take our breakfast back to the room. 🙁

The location was close to West Point and everything I wanted to visit. Everyone was helpful. The area just witnessed the awful flooding which had roads closed. The staff was helpful in giving directions to alternate roads.

Nice, comfortable hotel. Breakfast was good and fresh, and in a pleasant, open space. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice place.

It was more expensive than I'd like, but every place I checked in the area was expensive. Sign of the times, not something specifically against the hotel.

Breakfast is okay after we stayed three days in this hotel chain. They are good enough to take :). Location is also good and surprisingly quite.

We changed room twice to get a quite one and suggested staff to check the previous two as they had constant vent noise. WE have to change to go to sleep.

towels were like cardboard. we left the room at 9 am. came back at 1 to get ready for another function. room was still not made up.

its a little worn- but its older but being renovated so it should all turn out in end.
