Good price compared to surrounding options. Clean. Good location.

That they tried to charge me $50+ of taxes/fees after booking said “taxes and fees included”. They blamed booking but they admitted they knew exactly what booking says to us and so it was unethical to charge us more. If they have a problem with booking they should take it up with them instead of making their guests pay the consequences.

Very good communication from the proprietor about my late arrival. She accommodated my need to arrive past check-in and was clear on the details of how I would gain access to my room.

It was dark on the road and the sign wasn't lit, so it was a bit difficult to spot the property.

Been going their for years and I won't stay anywhere else in the area. Owner very accommodating and is very professional in hospitality. Highly recommend for anyone or family traveling in the area.

This little place is cute and very clean! The bed was extremely comfortable. We slept well. Lily is very warm & welcoming. We will definitely stay again!

We stayed the weekend of July 4th and there were a few fireworks that initially woke us up but wasn't an issue when we realized what it was.

Queen beds were very comfortable. Lilly was very nice and helpful Desk manager/owner Clean. The chief dinner is a short way down the road. A true historic 50s diner great food and service

Old 1960s style hotel that this young woman is trying to renovate and keep open. Our room was recently remodeled had air conditioning. So the price seemed steep but we were visiting friends nearby.

The owners are very nice.

Unfortunately, I didn't realize on time that there was no Internet and the stores in the neighborhood close pretty early, such as Staples...

Everything you need for stay on road trip. Clean freshly painted. Plus microwave and refrigerator.

Needs better lighting on entrance. It was hard to spot at night.

Very good communication late inquiry was acommodated with a smile. She even pre-heated the room given it was a cold night.

Shower was minimal.

Owner very professional, helpful and kind! Can't say enough about her. Been going there for years. Will never stay anywhere else while in the area. Room beautifully renovated, very clean, comfortable beds, just great across the board. Highly recommend!!! I will be back.

It is very comfortable, clean and the staff is very friendly in nature. Amazing location - few miles to major towns like Hudson, Catskills, etc...

They do not have stamp post light to indicate the hotel name. Lot of times I have to use the nearby XMart to identify the motel at night. In addition, they could have WiFi in each of the rooms. Those are the two main complaints.
