We had a great breakfast, the bed was very comfortable, front desk was friendly. We were told to take an Uber or taxi since their airport shuttle driver had already gone home. We took a taxi and we’re paid cash to reimburse us as soon as we arrived. Very convenient even though I was expecting a shuttle

The location of this hotel was excellent. It was a beautiful . Lots of grass and trees. Located away from the downtown area by 5 miles. Beautiful Doubletree hotel.
Everything was excellent . We stayed 2 days in order to get extra rest before going on to Portland Maine.

The staff were pleasant.
I did not appreciate the person checking me in announcing the last four numbers of my credit card. Then when she gave me the keys she stated that I was on the first floor. I have security concerns with anyone announcing what floor someone is staying on.

It was very clean and the staff was friendly
only thing I didn’t like is that the room was very far from the elevator, and I had A room with a balcony, but the door to the balcony never locked, and it’s a shared balcony with a different room, but other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Spacious, animal friendly, clean and relaxing
The only setback was there were no garbage disposals to put our dogs waste. We had to the far side of the property to put it in a bin

Clean and security guards by elevator
The evening on the 28 we had to book another night on the 29. the man said since it was a third party reservation on the 3 nights prior he couldn't help us and that I had to reserve another night online. Then when I did all there was was a double room 2 beds so I called and he told me after I paid booking the next day he'd give me a discount since we were in a single room king bed . Next day when I got my receipt it was 205.65. he didn't make things right. Was not happy about that.regatdless of who paid the other 3 nights w 4 nights stay total I should not have had to pay more for the one night

Front desk gentleman was amazingly nice. Paid extra for breakfast while booking and it was fantastic. Next time I'll have an omlette they looked great!
