The renovated rooms were very nice and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating, allowing me a late checkout and arranging shuttle transportation to the airport at my convenience.

Breakfast was supposed to run until 9:30. At 8:40, they’d already picked up several items and by 9:00 everything was cleaned up. The tv and internet were sporadic and I ended up shutting both down and reading instead. I understand they’re undergoing renovations, but it was a little underwhelming.

The front staff was very friendly and I helped them solve and issue with another guests room and was able to get a newly renovated room which I really enjoyed.

The breakfast was offered until 930 but I went at 9 and there was no food available (empty). I sadly had to get going and could no wait to see if it would be refilled.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They were doing some renovations on the lobby area but even so, they kept every organized and clean. The room was spotless and it's super close to the airport which helped me a lot. Definitely would stay again. Breakfast is included and there's also a shuttle to the airport.

The location was great , hotel staff and front desk were friendly to help. Breakfast was good and airport shuttle was timely for a drop and pickup.

Was comfortable for a short one night stay. Breakfast area was little small but hotel front desk did mentioned some renovation for this area. Rest all was good.

This is next to Hancock Airport. Perfect for an early flight.

The driveway access is hard to get into. The hotel is under a two floor renovation and needs a new elevator. Rugs are being removed plastic sheeting Is up. Looks like a crime scene less the yellow tape.

We left too early, breakfast wasn't available yet, but coffee was available.

Not the hotels fault, but price was much more than listed as when I went to the hotel website, it automatically directed me to booking co. I was not happy with tge final price, but not the hotels fault

The room was very clean. And the bed was comfortable.

When you ask a staff member where something was and they had to call there boss and the boss was screaming at her.

The man who checked us in was so funny. He made us laugh and it immediately made us feel comfortable. Pool was nice but very crowded with teenagers playing marco polo. It was impossible to do anything but sit at the edge. Bed was very comfortable. We slept great. Breakfast was much better than we expected; cheese omletes, regular and turkey sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy, egg white veggie omeletes, pancakes, as well as assorted cereals, bagels , muffins and juices. Entire staff was very friendly.

It was quite expensive, however, it was a last minute booking.

not modern and under construction, I suppose it is getting the facelift it needs but then be transparent and lower rates during this period.

Room was fresh and modern.

Pool had clogs of hair floating in the water. Large portion of the hotel was under construction and behind plastic.
