Very clean, spacious room, enough linens , great morning breakfast ( we didn’t really eat, but seen it) awesome coffee and creamer! They also had Dove soap pumps at sink, and in shower! Great hotel!

they charged my card after they said I would pay in morning after check out…. it’s just sometimes I grab a card, and secure the room, but then pay when I get there with different card… but found receipt under my door when I woke up.

The breakfast wasn't the greatest, the pancake machine was out of order both mornings and there was no apple or orange juice. The noise in-between floors was not the greatest, hear kids running all night. As well as I had to ask for bed settings 2 times for the pull out couch and by the 2nd time I was able to get a comforter for the 2nd night.

I called the hotel early in the day to let them know I would be checking in very late but that I would be there. After driving 11 hours with 3 children, we walked in and the gentlemen at the front desk (Dave) had our room keys ready and everything! I know it doesn’t seem like much but after driving all day with children it was much appreciated! Also, the lady working in the breakfast area(Sonya) was so kind and friendly! We enjoyed our short stay and will be back when we come this way again!

Easy to find, close to restaurants, staff were very nice. The facility was very clean , bed was comfortable and the decor was very nice. The morning breakfast was a very nice touch! We were pleased with our stay and will stay there again if need be.

Bathroom toilet is too low to the ground. This is common in most hotels. There should be grab bars near the toilet and extra grab bars in the shower. It maybe too expensive to put them in every too, but should have several rooms available like that.

The property is close to restaurants and shopping, but not right on the busy road, so you didn’t have the constant traffic going through. the front desk workers were considerate and polite.

The parking lot was a little awkward, but not bad. The pool was kind of chilly, but not unbearable.

Location was great. Breakfast was par but Bryck stood out. He was fantastic. Check in was simple and he had an amazing dinner recommendation.

Our room was next to a large family who has multiple kids who screamed all the time. Up past 11pm and up before 5am, running around and yelling. I know this wasn’t staff’s fault, but definitely ruined our experience a little.

clean not a high traffic area. near the Erie Canal trails so plenty of walking opportunities

the breakfast wasn’t the best. the food wasn’t hot and it was over too early. so I didn’t eat there.

Quick check in is great. Place is clean and easy to get to. It's centrally located and close enough to SU to go back and forth. I rather stay in Dewitt than near campus.

Every time I stay there it sounds like children running the hallways above our rooms and jumping on floors.

They had a generous breakfast selection. The desk staff were helpful and welcoming.

No one came to tidy the room or refresh towels. I didn't realize i had to request the service. The hotel had a stale smell. I paid more for the room than it was worth considering the hotel was almost empty

Breakfast was very good and there were enough of a variety of foods. The rooms were clean and good size for two people.
