The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was ok. The kitchen staff were very polite and helpful.

The receptionist was friendly, but we ran into a couple of issues that made things a bit inconvenient. First, we were told we could park near the second door at the far end of the hotel and use that entrance. When we got there, though, the door was closed, and we ended up having to carry all our stuff back to the main entrance in the cold. Also, the receptionist mentioned that breakfast was served from 5:30 to 9:00 AM, but when we went down early the next day, we found out it actually goes until 10:00. It would’ve been helpful to have the correct info up front. Lastly, the breakfast area was really cramped and didn’t seem big enough for all the guests. We had trouble finding a seat, which wasn’t ideal.

Very comfortable bedding. Quiet location in nature yet close to downtown Monroe. Breakfast offered more options than other hotels: fresh “real” eggs, good bread, yogurt etc. Helpful staff.

I had requested via a booking.com message a room on the garden site. There was no follow up and the person at the counter says that they had not seen the message. The room had no luggage racks. We got them after we asked for them There were connecting doors to the room next to us and that made it quite noisy. We could overhear all the noises of our neighbors

The Sleep Inn was a convenient stop-over during my drive from Newark to Upstate New York. My first stay - on the way up - exceeded my expectations dramatically. The property was delightful, fresh and new, relatively quiet, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was rich and enjoyable. In fact, I was so taken with my week-day stay, I decided to return on my way down on a Sunday night. That stay was also pleasant, but there were certainly more guests, which made it a bit less quiet. But that did not detract from my experience. I highly recommend this place!

Finally a motel with everything you need without the charges for amenities that you don't want/use! The room was very clean , spacious and quiet. There was a fridge, microwave and complimentary breakfast. Definitely would book again!

We had to wait to check in --there was no one at the desk when we arrived and at several times, the desk was unattended. I understand that with only one staff person at the desk they do need to step away, but there could have been a sign that said that they would return in ____ minutes, etc.

The facility is very clean, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and easy to get to. The lobby is spacious and the breakfast starts early for us early risers. (And the kitchen area was spotless.)

The only thing I would say was there is nothing around. But that isn't something that can be changed. I imagine this was built to cater to a certain need in the area. But as for as the hotel itself, no complaints!

Both front desk staff and housekeeping was amazing. Our room was immaculate, and very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good..eggs...waffles.. sausage, breads, English muffins and bagels. They also had fruit cups, and a variety of fresh fruit.

We only had one little criticism. There are no vending machines, so if you want a beverage or snack, you have to go to the lobby store. They were totally out of diet drinks, so we had to travel a few miles to pick them up.

The beds were very comfortable, good bathroom and very clean. The location is quiet, away from the road. Staff were fantastic and catered for all our request, even the last minite changes. Appreciated the free ice on every floor. It was a great and comfortable stay for a 2-star hotel.

Breakfast was a not suitable for people avoiding sugar. The town itself didn’t have many places open for dinner. The streetlighting was poor and roads badly signposted.

The Sleep Inn and Suites in Monroe is a great place to stay. The staff was friendly and very professional. It seemed either well kept up or recently renovated. The beds were super comfy. We were traveling up from Florida and stayed in several hotels on the way. This was the best value for our money.

I can't think of anything I didn't like!

Like the location and the price for the location but still is too high. Breakfast included not great but waffles yogurt fruit.

Noisy if when kids are running in the common area, room looks old and the common area was a bit dirty with cookies on the ground even after I said it to the front office nobody came to clean!

Secluded , a little out of the way, but very clean new looking building, well maintained, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast included a variety of items. Would highly recommend! Not a far drive to the Warwick Bethel.

I think our tv remote needed fresh batteries, I’m sure the staff would have corrected if I’d not been to lazy to call down!
