The decor was amazing! Wonderful Staff and clean rooms. We absolutely loved it all, from the first floor to our room.

Its a bit pricey.. The parking cost is high especially if your staying at the hotel.. We thought the cost would be included.

Resort is steps from legoland and easy to park and access. The breakfast that is included is plentiful - sausage, eggs, bacon, cereal, milk/juice/coffee, toast. Staff was SO kind and very understanding of 2 of my 3 kids food allergies. The chef at the restaurant came out himself and went over our options. He even offered to cook up off menu items. They take allergies pretty seriously. Rooms were very clean and perfect for a family of 3 young kids. Loved the fun treasure hunt and gifts for the kids in the rooms along with juice/water. Beds were very comfortable. We were there during a heat wave and the AC was AMAZING!

Cleanliness of the main play area. Beware of the legos and castle area. Avoid the arcade unless you want to spend a ton of money for a piece of candy - you're better off buying your kid something from the shop! Alcohol is overpriced at the bar/restaurant - bring your own! Can't comment on the pool area because it closed due to inclement weather but wish it opened earlier in the morning so that families could go early morning before the park opened.

It was fun, adventurous for the entire family. The boys had a Birthday Blast

The food choices need improvement and the quality needs much work! The fact that the park has to closed at any sign of rain, that was disappointing. Both days it rained, the pool and park was shut down. That was tough on the children, we had to scamper and dodge legos on the floor while trying to grab a seat for the crowd in the lobby area. Also, very pricey for not much amenities other than the outdoor areas.

We liked the rooms the decorations all around, and the staff. The place is great for a family vacation. We loved the pool, the whole experience was really cool, the complementary breakfast was really good and that made it a really great deal with the room.

The hotel Bricks restaurant dinner food was bad. Most of the food tasted like it came from a can and it was expensive. I would not mind paying if the food was really good.

Very family oriented Clean Landscaping was beautiful Helpful staff Able to walk to park Reserved 3 fun rooms

I was last in line to see a character with my 7 year old grandson and the character handler cut us off. No one else was even behind us. My grandson was so cute he said We need to be Kind because she was not We walked away and said thank you.

Kids loved it great experience thank you. Especially the limited amount of people, lines on such a nice day. Thank you.

Loved the private master bedroom the cost was a little high even with upgrade to get a private master. Hearing kids crying below or above wasn't sure where sound was coming from in master bedroom wasn't exciting in the morning. Room was really nice though and kids enjoyed the treasure hunt with their own room area. Wording is tricky on booking rooms with it stating kids have their own room area thought we had our own room to start. All good kids had an awesome time.

Location is great. Keeping in mind that the resort is geared toward kids to enjoy legos-it's perfect. For an adult, the food is definitely lacking and the prices are very high. I wish there were some more daytime activities for kids when it's rainy. It would be great if the pajama dance party was held earlier in the night. They don't lack in bringing the magic. The kids loved their stay and that's really what matters!

The hotel was clean, but to keep up with the volume of kids, it needs to be vacuumed and cleaned more in shared spaces. The rooms were nice and decently clean, but not ideal. I loved the separate space for kids to sleep but would have liked a curtain of folding door to close off from the kids.

The breakfast was excellent and we were lucky to have the same server, Patti, all three mornings! She was wonderful and really put effort into getting to know our family. She had our drink orders memorized by the last day! The park was also very clean and felt safe. They offered a lot of interactive and physical rides!

Some of the staff did not appear to be as welcoming as others. There were only 2 workers, but overall did not hinder the trip (example, being short with the kids during the Creative workshop at the hotel if they weren’t getting where the pieces went right away). The price of drinks was also significant, and did not align with the cost of the food

We had a lot of fun in resort and playground. The only problem was the music. Small playlist and everywhere including restaurant and elevator. We hear the same songs thousands of times. So boring, especially in the restaurant, which should be a place to take a break and eat in peace. My son was so scared of the elevator and we had to take the stairs all the time (4 floors) :/ The music and lights is fun, but sometimes it scares the little ones. It should be a good if they have a elevator without loud music and lights.

The hotel was SO FUN for a family with young kids! Magical, even. LEGO-themed rooms with a scavenger hunt in the room, dance party elevators, an arcade, and fun kid-friendly activities all evening in the lobby. Parents could even sit at the bar or order food while watching the kids run around the castle.

The decor at Bricks restaurant was fun, and the staff was great. The breakfast was not good, I’m sorry to say. I’d recommend driving off-site to one of the nearby diners or bagel shops. Even with a reservation we had to wait in line with hungry kids - once for dinner we waited over 20 minutes past our reservation to get a table, plus another 45 minutes to get food. They may just have been understaffed that day and hopefully that will get worked out the longer LegoLand is open. So all in all, we loved the hotel and would recommend, and go back! The breakfast should be rethought.
