The room was warm and cozy. We loved the whirlpool bath for two. The owners were incredibly nice and fun to talk to. The breakfasts were the best we've ever had at a B &B. You had a choice of 5 or 6 selections. All served with fresh fruit in season. The grounds were beautiful. A pond, a stream, a veggie garden and a chicken coop. Spectacular views of the mountains. The house was amazing. Extraordinarily restored from the 1840s.

The nature surrounding the property exceeded expectations- hiking trails and nice pond. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast and snacks/tea were very nice. The jacuzzi tub was relaxing.

The bathrooms and room were just a bit dated as far as aesthetic.

Bill and Joe were superb hosts! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and one to remember. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of choices in an atmosphere that felt welcoming and at home. There was a warmth and coziness that a hotel could not match.

We love this B&B , is like going back in time , full of history and antiques but with modern amenities . The Inn kippers , Bill and Joe treat the quests as family , make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in . The Breakfast is amazing , each day we were presented with 3-4 choices from gluten free to vegan and regular , fresh eggs from theirs own chickens , the best bacon always crispy , delicious French toast , pancakes, coffee , juices and so much more ! Our suite has comfortable bed , seating area , nice , clean bathroom , tv , patio , beautiful view of the mountain and private entry . This place become our new vacation destination ! Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for his birthday weekend. It was the most relaxing trip we’d ever been on. The inn is so charming and the breakfasts were delicious. We woke to the smell of bacon every morning and we could taste the fresh ingredients. There is also so much to do in the area. We went to a local winery one day and visited a lake on another day. When we weren’t sightseeing, we just sat on the rocking chairs on the porch relaxing.

What's not to like!!! It totally exceeded my expectations. Location of Stony Creek is very private, among beautiful landscape. Gorgeous view of a mountain in the backyard. Small pond with a fountain added extra charm, ducks, waking up to sound of birds and smell of fresh air. Amazingly beautiful sunset over the mountains. Rooms are very clean, hot tub in the bathroom. Breakfast served fresh with different options every day...and even presentation on a plate deserving of a photo shoot. Hosts are super friendly. Location is in a close proximity to local supermarket, wineries 🍷, apple orchards, Bear mountain. I can't wait to go back. This is exactly what I was looking for, privacy, relaxation and no site of city or busy hotel. Makes you forget that "office life " exist. Highly recommend 👌. I am definitely planning to visit again. ☺❤

Maybe update for softer mattress. But it's just my preference. No big deal. I slept like a baby

Bathrooms are small and cramped. But it’s an old house. I think King sized beds would work better but that’s my opinion.

The property is so tastefully done. The details in every room mattered and made for a unique experience. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The owners are charming and very hospitable. This will now be our first pick for any visits in Warwick, NY.

Like most properties in Warwick the roads are not adequately lit at night leading up to it. However, you can’t miss it because it’s been beautifully done up in lights and decorations for the holidays. A very nice touch!

The property is an old house, built in the 18th century, beautifly renovated by the owners, keeping the special ambience of the history of the place, with a great attention to details in every room, and combined with modern facilities. Breakfast was tasty and generous, and hosts were very attentive, considerate and helpful. I will certainly come again.

Everything. The original building and first extension are from the 1800s. Another extension was put on in 2011, according to one of the owners. Its set on beautiful farmland on a back road. Beautiful house, old style wood, floors, stairs, etc. it was enchanting. The bed was comfortable, each room has a tv and AC. wifi was excellent and free which was needed because of the limited cellular service right on those back roads. Owners were very nice and very passionate about what they do and very polite. Breakfast was amazing absolutely delicious. When my wife and I travel without the kids around that area again we will definitely stay there.
