I like the amenities and the location.

I think it pricy, and as a military veteran, there should be some type of discount.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was well appointed and a fabulous size.

the use of disposables. in the room and breakfast. plastic knives/fork wrapped in plastic. paper plates and cups. please use real crockery and cutlery. with the huge amount of plastics in the world this is highly unnecessary. and it also devalues me as a client that we’re not respected or responsible enough to use crockery. you really need to rethink your carbon footprint and start using proper crockery

Front desk employees that assisted the checkin which was quick and easy, also very friendly and attentive.

The first room in the second floor had a foul lingering smell of feet, as if a sports team were there before we checked in with our family. The inconvenience of the door entrance wasn’t working at all, card reader wasn’t functioning properly, had to wait for the front desk to call engineers every time we needed to get inside.

The staff was excellent. Everyone was welcoming & friendly & warm. Excellent breakfast, I'd just like to see more vegan options, but overall terrific selection. The pool is a great break, &very well maintained. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel.

On the first day, the pool was cold, but as soon as we informed the staff, they made sure it was heated. The breakfast buffet could use a few vegan options, but overall the selection was very good.

The room was clean and appeared to be recently renovated. Nice modern upgrades. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good…typical hotel style. Despite being crowded the staff worked hard to keep the food coming out hot and fresh.

Hard to find anything negative. The room had glass doors separating the bedroom area from the desk…they rattled whenever you walked past them.

Everything was better than expected. The bed was comfortable, service good . The buffet breakfast had a good selection. I chose it for the location, because I use to live in the area. It furnished me with access to highways, the mall and restaurants.

My only complaint a small one, was the T.V. stations offered weren't great. The sports was fine, but not great movies for the little time I was in that e room.

I didn’t like the surprise $250 security deposit that I was not made aware of prior or even while booking. ruined the plans we had for the days and next day. but still a nice place, just a ridiculously large amount for a security deposit. more than what was paid for the room

The hotel was clean, rooms were clean and super comfortable and the staff was amazing. Other pleasant perks were free wifi, free parking, complimentary breakfast daily. The location was great for visiting nearby Colleges, restaurants and the Roosevelt Field Mall.

No complaints.

The breakfast was reasonable and had a variety of selections which was nice. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the facility/hotel.

It was a busy weekend with wedding so it was a bit crowded. I am pregnant and had to use the trolley for my bags on my own, I was shown where to find it not assisted in using it.

I had reserved at another hotel, which turned out to be not as advertised, so I had to find a quick substitute. Im so glad I found Springhill Carle Place. The person at the front desk found me a super quiet room, which was clean and cozy. The furnishings are modern and new. I loved the pool - very clean - and fitness room. The vibe is polite, friendly and quiet. Lots of food and stores nearby.

The breakfast is carb heavy without much fresh fruit and veg. A cappuccino maker would be cool.
