Pool was great. Room was very clean and comfortable. We traveled with our 3 grandchildren and the fold out couch was great

To be honest they said breakfast was included. A banana or a granola bar is not what anyone I know would consider breakfast included

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good location. The grounds and pool area were very well maintained. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Overall I was happy with my stay. Maybe have someone to offer you new towels and replenish the room amenities; coffee, cups, soaps and toilet paper. They have a safety rule about not entering the room when they are occupied. Go to the office if you need anything. This is just a suggestion and not a complaint.

The rooms are large and clean, updated and in good condition. Bathrooms are spacious and very well kept. The property and pool are clean and attractive. Many different areas to sit and relax including the firepit. Front desk was welcoming and helpful. Location and parking was perfect. Very affordable and its now our go to hotel.

Nothing to dislike.

Nice motel on the main road in Lake George Village. Heated pool, friendly staff. Property has 3 fire pits and plenty of parking. They also have specials in the evening (on designated nights) . We attended the local brewery beer tasting, it was fun, missed out on the "build your own ice cream sundae" special on Saturday eve. Nice 1/2 mile walk down to lake, where all the boats go out and the action is. Will come back next year.

not much at all

The location was excellent , the room very nice spacious and clean and when we asked for a different room than the one given not a problem , the staffs were very nice and helpful , very professional even so the lady at the desk had lost her dog that evening we were staying . however the breakfast is not a breakfast as mentioned on Booking .com , just a bag with an orange , a cereal bar and fruit drink ! so free breakfast should be removed from Booking .com .

picture on site shows mountains when you sit at fire pit you see Stewart’s gas station and Walgreens when booking this place that picture was what made me decide to staff here. it is VERY deceiving you should take down or change the picture that Walgreens and gas station have been there for many many year. photo shopping is what it is !!

Perfect stay with kids, we liked very much the pool, playground and the fireplace for s'mores. Moreover, they offered special events such as free ice cream and popcorn. Very kind management! We would definitively go again!

Vinny at the front desk was awesome! We asked for extra towels, and to check out at a later time and he was EXTREMELY accommodating! All of our questions were answered appropriately and the check in/ check out process was pain free! No hassle here!!

It could be cleaner!! we found a comb next to the bed and hair in the bathroom/shower.. however we didn’t let it ruin our stay!

easy to get to.

we had a truck, and parking in back at the far end, was difficult to turn around. Tv reception was lousy with many vertical lines running thru picture. Didn't know it was Winter Carnival - wished hotel had informed us when reservation was made. We would have come prepared for all the activities! Also, the room was very warm and hard to cool down, so opened doors for a bit!

Breakfast?? Water and a granola bar? we expected at least a continental breakfast which was supposed to be included. Breakfast was supposed to be included in the price so we had to go to the dinner for breakfast. A couple of dollars should be implemented off the price if breakfast is not included or just take out the "breakfast included" line.
