great place for a family hard to beat with a good breakfast and comfort beds. .

It was very clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. This hotel is about 3 miles towards lake George. Not bad for the location but definitely costly but I wanted more comfort than anything. Outside has a basketball court, playground, gym and an indoor pool with one water slide. Also offers a kiddy pool for little ones. There is also a mini arcade but save your cash and check out the town before spending money because there are multiple arcades once you get to the strip of the town.

Not a horrible inn/ hotel but lake George itself is really laid back and more of a relaxing location if you're looking for that type of atmosphere. But there are many pizza shops nearby and multiple arcades. Very kid friendly location. Also a few outlets to shop at. But not much more since many areas were being renovated.

We reserved a 3 bed room and it was perfect. I've never seen a room that had 3 beds and it was perfect for my family. The room was large and roomy for the beds and our stuff too. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Well the hotel has a really great pool for the children so there were loads of children all over the hotel and in the halls and in the elevators and at night crying, screaming and carrying on. Also, the elevator wasn't cleaned in a while. The walls covered in fingerprints and smudges and the floor was spotted with stains. Our room was fine. But the elevator needed cleaning.

Loved the pool, the comfortable beds. The location was perfect. The staff was so nice and helpful. It was very clean. It was nice to see they had a small game room as well.

The pool bathroom was not very nice I would not go in there. It needs updating and more attention and the broken lady’s room stall left only one usable one on the main floor near the bathroom.

The hotel was really cute. Exactly like the pictures. All of the staff we encountered were super friendly and talkative. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. We brought our pup with us and he loved it too! Everywhere we wanted to go (restaurants, the lake, boat rides) were all super close in distance. Tons of options close by and the area is SO dog friendly! Excellent hotel. We would definitely go back and stay again!

The only negative comment I have is that they were working on updating the structure in front of the building, the area your car passes through. The construction was loud and had a constant beeping from the machines. Would have been nice to know ahead of time since it was literally right outside of our 3rd floor window. But other than that, it was good.

Very friendly staff, Michael was super helpful when we had a card issue checking in, was very on top of things and willing to help!

We had a pull out sofa bed in our suit , but no pillows or blankets for it .. we asked for those at the front desk and were provided with two fitted sheets.. no pillows or blankets .. thank goodness Walmart wasn't to far away.

I want to express my gratitude to the manager "sonny" who went above and beyond when a booking site overbooked this hotel. He took the time to call me back when a cancelation came in and booked room. We would have had to sleep in car if he hadn't taken the time to call even after I was quite angry and abrupt with him.. Best experience I had ever and will always look to book this chain for now on. Thank you Sonny for caring.
