Huge, beautiful suite with a spacious and really beautiful full-size kitchen. A huge living room area that was separate from the bedroom/bathroom area which was perfect for our stay after a concert as I wanted to go to bed and my cousin wanted to stay up and we were able to very comfortably do both. The room was impeccably clean and in good repair. The bed was comfortable and the temperature control allowed us to keep our room exactly as cool as we preferred. Staff was friendly and kind when I called the day of our stay to ask about checking in early as we were going to a concert that conflicted with the posted check-in time. They were not able to provide an early check-in (understandable,) however the staff did take the time to leave a note on my account to notify the night staff that we would be arriving late from a concert so that we could easily check-in afterwards. They were also very accommodating about letting my cousin who was staying with me park his car at the hotel ahead of check-in so that we could meet there and take my vehicle to the venue. It was an extremely quick and easy drive to and from St. Joseph’s Lakeview Amphitheater and we were able to get a great parking spot at the concert because of how easily we could get to the venue from the hotel. The night staff was friendly and provided easy instructions on how to get to our room. I would absolutely stay here again, we had a wonderful experience!

The only things I would change were that the actual toilet and shower space were a bit cramped, but it wasn’t really a problem, it just would have been a bit more comfortable with some more space between the door/toilet/shower. The televisions were kind of outdated and we were hoping they would have smart TVs so we could log in to Netflix during our stay and we thought the lamps might have USB ports for charging but they just had outlets - but again, very minor details which didn’t impact the quality of our stay at all.

Staff was very very friendly and Helpful. When I arrived. Then at breakfast Gabriel was so so awesome! Attended to every person in the room and was moving constantly cleaning things up and even clearing plates as guests finished. So friendly and helpful! I would 100 percent recommend a stay here.

Not enough pots and pans. However understand the reason for the small amount. no complaints just wish there were more.

There were fruit flies around the food during morning buffet as the fruit served was not fresh.

Sistah getaway The suite was nice for the 4 of us. The bed and room was clean and comfy.

Breakfast was ok. No waffle machine . The hotel was used as a senior recovery on two of the hotel live in long term. Diner was good. No desert or 24 hour coffee .Was a good stay.

overall very nice stay. staff was very friendly and I want to make note that the gentleman in charge of breakfast in the morning is an asset to this place. super friendly and helpful to every single person that came down for breakfast. went above and beyond.

the room was very clean and well laid out. it had a full kitchen though i did not use that but it ws nice.

we loved the ford on the bedroom - easy to close off and eliminate noise from living area the pool is great - lots of room, heated and an actual deep end

inoperative ice maker in fridge, no dishwasher soap so dishes couldn’t be washed

The suites were great for our family gathering for graduation. Front desk people were helpful and friendly. Location worked well for airport runs. Destiny Mall and getting to SU. Breakfasts were served hot and taken to our rooms. Reasonably tasty for hotel breakfast. The Thursday night prime rib & potatoes take & go was much appreciated after a long day of travel.

We had 2 suites. The beds in one room were noisy - crunchy pads, squeaky, not as comfortable and the furniture was a bit threadbare. The other was comfortable and not threadbare. Finding the entrance on Day One was tough! Good thing I knew you shared the Holiday Inn parking lot or I may never have found the lobby.

Kitchenette had everything we needed, property was clean comfortable and close to our event and the outdoor area was very nice
