Very nice, clean and well-maintained hotel with a nice pool. The room was a decent size and very comfortable for two people. Good if you need a hotel centrally located - by car - in Syracuse. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. They have a bar, which was nice after a long day.

This hotel's location will be excellent in 10 years if Syracuse gets its act together and develops the inner harbor area, but right now it is a little isolated in that there isn't much to walk to nearby. There are a couple restaurants and a cafe nearby, but if you want food in the morning, they have a small kitchen that serves up some food.

The staff are wonderful. Any questions or needs were promptly dealt with. We rented a corner suite. I love the setup. We were able to see the water and pavilions. There was an event taking place, so there was a whole fireworks display happening.

Paying for breakfast. The room was expensive, so having anyone who pays over 400.00 a night pay for breakfast is not good. Disabled parking is too far for a Disabled person.

The property was very clean and well done, and the room was also extremely nice. All of the staff I interacted with was super friendly.

There really wasn’t much within close walking distance. It served my purposes well as I was visiting friends in town, but if you’re looking to walk around Syracuse I’d recommend a property closer to downtown. Parking was plentiful and free but odd. You park across the street in an unattended lot.

We like this hotel. It is dog friendly and getting in late and able to get a drink and a bite to eat in the lounge is great. The bed is very comfortable……..

It would be nice if you had a step in the shower to make it easier to shave one’s legs. Also, this time the coffee was not the best tasting??

well appointed rooms, quiet, nice front desk staff

parking is across a street—you can unload out front but then you have to repark. Parking area did not feel secure. Also, Saturday night there appears to be a regular drag race (cars not costume) going on around the hotel until at least 3am. very loud. And if you have an early flight out, as I did, not only are you tired but you have to cross the street with the drag race going on to get your own car. Felt unsafe on this night.

Night bar food was great. Ambiance was good. Pool was great. Good location easy parking..grounds were kept up. Staff were friendly .,

Breakfast was ok just a little awkward, no lunch except overpriced snacks. Our bathroom fixtures did t work very well. It was repaired but took time. Blinds broken.

Love this hotel; however I prefer the king room. I tried the queen corner room and it did not necessarily live up to the hype I created in my head. The room was still comfortable. I love that they allow pets without a fee!

The "harbor view" is beautiful but its from a side window and not opposite the bed as I imagined. You only see it when walking by. Not necessarily worth the extra money for view or corner room because both rooms I've stayed in seemed to be the same size.

Nice hotel near the Destiny Mall with ample parking and 5 minutes drive to downtown. Room is modern and well appointed. Desk and housekeeping staff are friendly and efficient. This is our second stay at Aloft. There is an open space with food for purchase and a bar, live music some nights. The hotel is designed such that the room we stayed in was not impacted by lobby activity.

The weather was in the single digits so the thermostatically controlled heating system located inside the room ran frequently. The system maintained a comfortable temperature but tended to be a bit noisy cycling on and off. If you are a light sleeper consider bringing a pair of earplugs - they worked well for us.

The usage of space in my room was amazing, one of the most memorable room organizations I have been in. The lobby seems like a fun place (I was unable to spend much time there but I remember there being live music and all) and the style is very modern.

It is isolated in a part of Syracuse that is not very developed so nothing is really walking distance, but with a car there are several spots that are of interest and are a short drive away.

The hotel was very clean and uniquely decorated. The fitness center was very nice. The bar was convenient with food options as well. The staff was friendly. The beds were quite comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
