very clean upon arrival. very comfortable beds. good choices for breakfast

it was odd that in the three days we stayed, the room was never cleaned for us. each night we came back the beds were just as we had left them ..same with the towels . we went to the communal restroom to grab toilet paper when the roll in ours ran out because it wasn’t replenished …not a big deal, just strange

It’s very modern and well maintained both inside and out. I also liked they had microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. Soft and firm pillows a definite plus! Very comfortable.

The road it’s on is challenging to pull out of. A minor inconvenience with the tv not having a guide or listing of available channels.

IIt was bright, clean, very well decorated. The room was lovely and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent especially for the handicap. Breakfast was a real treat too. The room was comfortable and it was great to easily adjust the temperature. I will definitely return.

The bed was too high, especially for a handicap room. I had to go get a stool in order to get my adult daughter onto the bed. Even I had to use it to get into and out of the bed.

Room was clean and large with good functioning AC, lighting and bedding.

Breakfast had some problems, mostly staffing, it appeared that someone did not show up for work at least one day and the person on the front desk was also the person trying to keep everything going in the breakfast area. She did a great job of trying to do two jobs.

The second day, the breakfast bar was empty little bit after 9 which we waited for 15 minutes and wasnt restocked, also the room has no desk chair and one person sofa while we were 2

The newness of the facility

When I arrive the general manager was arguing with a customer when she booked her under my reservation she blanently lied about who was over her and treated the women poorly in my opinion so I had to wait about 40 min or so for them to finish and correct her stay, then I had to get changes done to my stay for the mishap and using my reservation but the stay itself was excellent!!! All facilitys were sparkling brand new clean and very cozy I'm going back again definitely

The hotel was perfectly design for vacation and business . The room was big and extremely convincent. The hotel serroundings, the public areas and the room was extremely clean !!!!

The only side chair was an ultra modern chase but extremely uncomfortable to the point of being unusuable. There was a comfortable desk chair which was a help.

every morning i had to wait for breakfast to be done,they said 6:30 am but always was 10-15 min late

Friendly, clean, peaceful atmosphere. Hot breakfast buffet options were on-point. Each day some of the items were changed which was great. The pool was perfect. Laundry room was clean with easy to use appliances. Will definitely be back with the family again!
