YO1 allowed me to rejuvenate my mind, body and spirit. With hot tub, swimming pool. I stayed five days/four nights Sunday, 5/26 - Thursday, 5/30). Front gate security, I felt safe on the property. The front desk staff were really helpful, pleasant and friendly. Excellent service, with very helpful and responsive staff (Trish, Gia, and Jason). You could tell that this position comes from the heart - it takes a 'special' kind of individual, this is not just for anyone. The Chef preparation which can be variable, food was reliably good, meal after meal. I'm really not that hard to please but they thought of everything. I returned home feeling happier, healthier and revitalized after my visit.

I found a the ala-carte YO1 therapies (Wellness Program) bit pricey for my taste.

After New York City, the YO1 were a total breath of fresh air. The nature here is stunning—we saw deer and ducks right around the hotel and took a lovely little trail to a nearby lake. The clean, crisp air and gorgeous scenery were a huge highlight The rooms were great—spacious, sunny, and really pretty. After evening yoga, the sleep was amazing. The yoga and other classes were all top-notch, though I didn’t get a chance to book a massage because they were fully booked. Definitely plan ahead if you want to snag a spot!

On the flip side, the service was a bit of a letdown. We had to wait forever for the menu and our food because they kind of forgot about us. And when the food finally did arrive, they got our order wrong. Plus, the hot tub was out of order, which was a bummer

The King room was spacious and the bathroom was large with a great shower and bidet. The personal balcony was welcome and private.

The man at the gate to enter the property was rude. The walk from the parking lot up to the rooms is long. There is no television in the bedroom. The cable television channel selections were extremely poor. There is basic cable, nothing else. NO movie (HBO, Showtime, Starz, Cinemax) or streaming subscription channels (Netflix, Paramount Plus) whatsoever. I couldn’t even log in to my personal Netflix account to stream movies to the television. Terrible.

Very quite and clean facilities . The restaurant staff are very courteous and friendly!

I called at least 10x to the property, no one answered. When we checked in I told the receptionist about it and he just arrogantly said “the phone never ring”. No apologized no nothing, very bad costumer service. When we checked out, the woman in front desk seemed like she’s in a hurry, she wants us out right away. The sauna and steam bath wasn’t hot at all even I waited for too long.

Food was amazing, considering it was all vegan, you did not miss non-vegan food at all. They do offer vegetarian options and non-gluten free options, but most of everything they offer is gluten free and vegan. The resort is very well put together and offers a lot of free amenities, therefore you never feel like bored or the need to leave to go and do something for the day.

Resort it starting to show its age. It does not appear management is very good at maintenance. A lot of small things need to be addressed, but again, it doesn't look like they are addressing them as the property ages.

Everything was lovely. An amazing place place the view was awesome. The staff was awesome. The room was awesome. Everything was awesome. The pool was awesome. The breakfast was awesome. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Staff was awesome front desk was awesome. Will recommend this place to friends an family. Absolutely beautiful an wonderful no regrets.

Everything beautiful peaceful relaxing.

The cleanliness was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was better than expected except for the fact that there was no meat, but I get it. Beds were comfy. The bathroom had a beautiful shower and a heated bidet seat within the private toilet area. The fruit infused water was a delight.

I didn't like that the Juice Bar was only open on the weekend and the price of spa services were very high.

Rooms, Bed, living room, decor, STEAM SHOWER, Massage Room adjacent to suite. Modern amenities. First time no television in the bedroom. Restful sleep.

The food didn't meet my expectations. I expected better and more. I didn't appreciate the waitress apologizing for not having items on the menu twice.

Excellent facilities, abundant activities with easy schedule to follow. Staff was very professional and helpful.

They lost two massage reservations which was highly disappointing. Had difficulty getting clean towels and restock of simple things like toilet paper. Disappointing to see the same garbage on hallway floor for four days.

Gorgeous, and very luxurious, but for the price of just spending two nights, it should be. The staff was friendly and they helped us after we had a small traumatic event. We came here for a funeral and being able to come back to the hotel and take a walk was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious
