The breakfast was good. But the lady who was helping in breakfast was very rude. I didn't see her name but she is African American origin. I asked her for spoon but she didn't talk at all. I was saying excuse me to get the spoon when she put in the place but she was not moving. She did not like that I asked about the spoon. She need to improve to have the best experience.

Front desk Staff was great!!! Room was clean and comfortable. I liked the larger TV. We enjoyed our stay.

Pool was cloudy and very busy with swim lessons. Needed garbage pick up in room. We were there Friday thru Sunday 4 people garbage cans overflowed and never emptied. Left cans in hallway as told but never emptied.. carpet in room needed to be cleaned in general but very sticky by the microwave.

We stayed for Friday night 'til Saturday checkout. When I got to the hotel on Friday, I did not see a receptionist in the front. When I got to the room, it looked clean and spacious enough for 4 people. They have a lot of breakfast option.

I did not stay long enough to dislike this hotel. However, I noticed that their indoor pool is small but good enough for small children and the time I stayed, it wasn't crowded. They do have a swimming instructor on Saturday who helps small children learn how to swim. I am assuming that is why it was small.

Front desk customer service was very professional and friendly. Very accommodating. Made feel at ease. They always had a pleasant smile, and were willing to assist.

The cleaning staff seem angry. I sad for a minute in the vestibule. I witnessed how they sat in the dining area airing out their internal dislike for each other.The icing on the cake came when a Supervisor got up and gave the staff " a reprimand" that could be heard by the rest of the guests sitting at the area. She brought out all "the thirty laundry" in a public area. This is not a behavior that should be exhibited in a Hospitality environment.

Very clean, comfortable bed, no issues with our stay.

They first gave us a room, turned out not to be clean but they upgraded us to a suite, so I had no complaints.

Breakfast was included in the price, however, they stopped serving at 9:30 am. My niece went down at 9:15 only to find an English muffin and coffee. Nothing else. She went down at 8:45 the next morning and found an English muffin and yogurt but the coffee machine was broken. There was never anything hot. I really don't think this is good business. Very disappointed.

Front desk was welcoming. The room was clean, as was the bathroom, which met my expectations happily. I would stay here again.

Guests at the pool were SO loud.

We really enjoyed the pool and the room. It was spacious and clean.

Our check in. The woman was on the phone with someone else speaking Spanish. I had no idea when the pool opened or closed. When breakfast was. She didn’t give me a receipt or anything. Just had me sign. The waffles and pancakes were good but it would be better if there was some sort of protein. Eggs sausage or something.

The breakfast was fantastic lots of options. The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
