Booked this hotel online. Showed up had to pay a second time because the woman at the front desk said my reservation number didn’t match. The problem was the booking.com address was different than the actual address. Wrong town name. Right hotel. However now I have to go through the process of a refund because it’s a nice hotel but not $300 a night nice.

Pool was clean and refreshing. Our room was also very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast wasn't that good. The eggs went quickly and pancake batter - I asked if they could replenish and they never did. This was at 9:00 - so there was still any hour to go. Also, you should have more literature about LegoLand which is a huge attraction for the area. That's why we were there.

Location was great for what we were doing. The outdoor heated pool was a main reason we choose it. We have a 10 year old. Never have issues staying at any of the hotels.

Room and bathroom much smaller than we are used to. Also pillows super soft. Small things. Worth it for the pool. Big thing. All the outdoor garbage were overflowing and cigarette butts all over the place on patio. I smoke so I understand but it was a lot!

The outdoor pool was our main reason for picking Hampton Inn over the neighboring options. Cute, clean, and as pictured. Being able to walk to multiple restaurants was also a big bonus. It was only a one-night stay in order to be close to LEGOLAND NY. We plan to return!

Breakfast had options that suited my needs. Scrambled eggs and sausage, plus a good supply of yogurt, milk, juice and fruit. A swim in the pool is a nice feature at the end of a hot day.

The facility was nice and clean. The location was great. The mall and restaurants were within minutes from the hotel. The staff was friendly.

My bed was not comfortable. The bed was hard.

My room was more spacious than thought. The entire facility was perfect and matched my expectations. Coming back in 3 weeks.

The should be some to keep an eye on the hot water during breakfast time. The hot water for my cocoa was not hot and had to wait for the change.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was generous and delicious. it was a very pleasant stay.

The circuitous way to get. to the property from I-84 was confusing.

Pool, location, lobby area

Felt price gauging took place weekend we were there due to tournaments in area. Same room any other weekend 1/2 the price. $750 for two nights is ridiculous when any other time would have cost me $320

The room was great...spacious, very clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast buffet was different everyday abd great variety of both hot & cold food. Pool was awesome. Location was great for our visits to Legoland. Staff were all nice and accommodating. Common area outside & inside were very clean and well kept.
