Location right on 5th avenue so convenient. Really tidy stylish hotel. So comfortable! Heating and air con worked perfect. bed is huge and comfy, not much floor space but you don't need it when you are gone all day exploring nyc. It was enough for me and my boyfriend to get ready each morning. Cleaned our room on request no problem and provided us with anything we asked. Also delicious coffee and croissants in reception. Will definitely stay here when we return to NYC. Book well in advance of your trip for a good price.

Nothing it was fabulous.

The location is perfect and while the rooms are small, they're clean and comfortable. There were a couple of small issues I experienced, but the staff fixed them immediately and accommodated my needs.

Walls are very thin. In certain rooms, it's as if you're in the same space as the person next door. I had to change rooms because of it. Not very convenient for a business traveller who is working in their room on their computer (which I was). I also had to go down to the lobby from the 11th floor three times because the room keys demagnetized twice and stopped working and because the phone handset didn't work when I needed to call down in the middle of the night. Again, not big issues and they were solved quickly.

The hotel was recently renovated and the spaces are modern and beautiful. Bed was comfortable and shower had hot water and good pressure. Location is awesome, close to a lot of transportation options, restaurants and stores.

The room is too small, with almost no space for circulation or to store luggage. For a person traveling alone, with just a small or medium bag, it's ok. But for a couple with one bag each person or more, it will be very difficult. Bathroom doesn't have a countertop to put cosmetics and there isn't a support in the shower to put soap, shampoo and conditioner. I had to put mine on the floor.

The hotel looks new and very stylish - a fresh, bright decor. The room was compact but well-appointed: the bed was incredibly comfortable (excellent mattress, pillows, and linens), the desk was plenty large to work at (with many power outlets and USB charging jacks; fast wifi), and there was a refrigerator and Nespresso machine. The bathroom was beautiful and very spacious, with a huge shower. Everything was very clean (and I like the hardwood floors in the bedroom, which I feel are more hygienic than carpet). Most notably, the city view was spectacular: the Empire State Building was directly in front of the window, and that entire wall of the room was glass. The staff were top-notch: the check-in clerk was friendly and efficient, and when I later texted to ask for a toothbrush, I was impressed that someone brought it to my room in under 5 minutes.

The room was definitely on the smaller side; it was fine for me, traveling with just a backpack, but it would be tight if someone had real luggage. (There is no closet; instead, there is a medium-sized drawer under the bed, and there is a clothing rack with hangers mounted to the wall over the refrigerator.)

The hotel seems pretty new and was in a great location. It wasn’t far from time Bryant park, Times Square or Central Park. The elevator was fast and we didn’t spend anytime waiting for one to get us to our floor. The bed was super comfortable and felt clean. I was surprised to see a mini fridge in our room, which was a nice amenity.

I’m not sure why the address says it’s in one spot but it’s actually farther down the block.So essentially you have to pass it to actually get to the hotel. Also it would have been nice if the bar would have been open.

It was a super convenient location to the plans we had. We walked everywhere! The check in and out process was a breeze and we appreciated being able to store our luggage there ($1 per bag) after checking out so we could explore a little more before heading to the airport. Loved the shower pressure and how the water got hot after 2 seconds. The room was spacious for NYC and clean. The elevators were super fast and we liked the security.

The room wasn’t especially sound-proof. We could hear people speaking in other rooms and lots of noise coming from outside, but should be expected in the big city. We were also sad we couldn’t stream Apple + on the TV. Wish there was a little more counter space in the bathroom to do hair and makeup.

This is a fantastic location, close to lots of popular sites, subway only a couple of blocks away. A great base for exploring Manhattan: Times Square, Empire State, Grand Central - 10min walk. Rooms/bathrooms all recently renovated, a bit small but that's NY hotels. Again, cannot beat this location for a base. Staff very friendly.

Facilities a bit basic. Lobby is desk only with mini cafe and seating out back with no bar. You won't be lounging around here. Vending machines in the basement but CVS pharmacy (or any other 'pharmacy') around the corner is a local convenience store and cheaper for water, drinks, snacks etc. Lighting is poor in the rooms and they are much tighter than in the photos. Also they charged $1 per bag to mind for an hour which I thought was a bit much considering it's mid-price. Small things but overall would definitely consider returning.

Location was fantastic! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Hotel provided a fridge, soap, liquid soap & body moisturiser (smelled beautiful), small clothes hanging area & hangers, big flat screen tv, 2 sockets & USB ports, 1 full length light-up mirror and a very large bathroom mirror. Plenty of clean fresh towels (on request), 2 mini bottles of still water. Under bed storage for luggage bags, alarm clock, night light etc. No waiting for lift even though it was a busy hotel it felt very chilled and calm. Beds were incredibly comfortable and perfect for us each. Bathroom was perfect too and shower even though not the strongest shower we’ve ever had - did the job just fine and was nice and big too. Vending machine for snacks and drinks on lower floor. Staff were super friendly and helpful, from cleaning staff to catering staff to reception staff - all very professional and nice to deal with.

The only negative we would say is the hot water (shower and sink) would for some reason take up to 5/6 minutes to heat up every morning? Once we figured out it was eventually going to get warm/hot it was fine. We thought it was broken on our first morning but letting it run for a couple of minutes sorted it out. Hair dryer is fine too, no nozzle for the ladies so it caused havoc with frizz! But not important. Our own EU hairdryer didn’t work as well due to voltage I’d imagine so we had to resort to using it, it was fine thou.

Great location, professional and friendly staff, clean and well maintained facilities.

For me, a queen sized bed would do, if it meant having a little more room to store luggage and hang clothes. Also, a shelf and another towel hook in the bathroom would be great. Staying alone was fine, but a couple would be cramped.
