Central location within walking distance of many major attractions. Extremely comfortable beds/bedding. Spacious bathroom and bath. Friendly, smart staff who didn't try to desperately earn tips or be overly attentive. Lovely decor and style, including festive decorations. Cleaners are extremely efficient and do a turn-down service every evening. Free coffee/tea/warm cider was provided each morning in the lobby. Thick, cosy bath robes and towels. High-quality toiletries. Great views from our rooms. Complimentary "welcome treats" offered to kickstart our birthday celebrations.

The spa has been permanently closed as a result of COVID which is a shame. The hotel also did nothing for New Year's Eve, which seemed a missed opportunity. The room mini bar and room service felt a bit pricey for what it was, though the food quality was great. Similarly, although the hotel was really helpful in organising a birthday cake, which we paid for, it seemed slightly stingy to charge a "cake runner's fee" to collect it from nearby.

Front desk staff- nice, efficient, warm & engaging. Door men- Very nice, extremely helpful & personable. Room service staff- delivery extra essentials (i.e. pillows, food) in a wonderfully timely manner. Housekeeping- Our room was cleaned to perfection and we appreciated how the housekeeper placed our toiletries (that were left in a disarray) neatly on a towel.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Checking in was a breeze and I was especially pleased with the doormen whom went over and beyond to make our stay very pleasant. Loved the washer/dryer in our room, Miele brand which was very quiet even on the spin cycle. Our stay was only for a night (less than 12 hours) and we did not have any food at the property. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were all extremely clean and crisp! Definitely a property worth a longer visit.

Well the property itself needs a bit of an upgrade. I feel at the moment it's important Langham stays ahead of the competition. The wood panels on the wall are quite nice but this needs to be complimented with better lighting. The room we stayed in felt a little dark. It would also be a good addition to have USB-C ports.

Since it was my husband's birthday, Na went above and beyond, providing a card, champagne, and macaroons, adding the perfect finishing touch to our brief yet unforgettable stay. Very spacious rooms. My second time staying. I got upgraded when I checked in to a club level accommodation which was a surprise. Service is very attentive and quick. The food was excellent. Security at the hotel was excellent

The location isn’t ideal. It’s not in a distinctive walkable neighborhood, there are a few things to do nearby but one needs to take a car service or the subway to do almost anything. Fifth avenue …especially this section…is just not that appealing.

The service was impeccable! All staff was so friendly. Housekeeping, front desk (two young African-American and British? ladies), doorman (Eja?), mechanic, and other staff were so attentive and helpful. You feel like you are in a little paradise away from New York's noise, crowd, and smell/trash. The room kept clean at all time. Bathroom was huge with a great bathtub and bed was so comfortable and firm. I would love to come back to just stay at this hotel. My bff living in NY was staying with me and she loved it as well!

Excellent hotel. The location is near a lot of points of interest. The staff was excellent, always nice and thoughtful. The hotel and staff are managed in an efficient and professional manner. We picked this hotel because it featured babysitting service at an extra charge. We used it carefully for our 6-month old baby at the beginning, but after using it once, we went all-in and could enjoy our vacations more than we thought. We had the chance to have a great sitter (Suzanne) all along. The VIP lounge and breakfast were really what we like. We recommend if you have the money for it.

No spa / massage at the hotel. We had to look for it outside. No big deal.

Great location on 5th Ave. Amazingly big room, shocking really for being in the heart of midtown, loved it. Staff are very friendly.

Pillows were terrible. I didn't bother asking if they had other options. For the exorbitant price, one would expect breakfast to be inclusive, which is not, and the extra price for breakfast is insane. The city facing room had a building in my face, I was on 7th floor. Not sure how much more u need to pay for a higher floor.
