The suite was very clean. The jacuzzi tub was amazing! Loved the soft robes too! We had dinner at Toscana which was tasty and our server Shane was great. Check in and out was easy and quick. All the staff I encountered were helpful and pleasant.

Elevators were not working properly as we were trying to go down to the lobby and check out. We waited 20 minutes for an elevator and finally gave up. We used the stairs. We had all our bags to carry and we were on the eighth floor. This is my only complaint. Everything else was wonderful!

The spa is wonderful; my wife got a massage there and enjoyed it immensely. There is also a nice indoor pool (not deep enough for diving) and a big hot tub on a large balcony with deck chairs for sunning. There are several restaurants and buffets in the hotel. The exercise room looks very nice and well maintained, though I did not use it. I did not gamble but the casino is huge and very nice looking. Garage parking is free and convenient. There are some interesting displays related to the Seneca Indians. Everything is clean and like new. Staff and other guests are friendly and nice.

There are about half a dozen fancy food options in the hotel and they looked and smelled delicious but cost a bit more than I personally wanted to spend. However, there is a nice big inexpensive Chinese buffet restaurant less than a mile away, and a number of other decent eateries if you don't mind driving a little farther.

This is my 3rd year in a row staying at the casino for my vacation. It's always fun and relaxed. Everything is very clean.

I pay more for the kingsize room because there is normally a small couch in it. This year the couch wasn't there even though the picture of the room showed it. I explained to the front desk that I had a bad back and couldn't sleep the full night on the bed. She claimed it was due to remodeling even though the room I was in looked the same as the years before minus the couch. She didn't offer to fix my problem, I had to ask for a rollout cot and then she informed me I had to pay for it. So what was I supposed to do at that point? Not get sleep on my vacation? Or pay more money on top of the $500 bill?

Great room. Very clean. Staffing was great. Nice location to get out. Nice gift shop. Food was good from what we had. Cafe handy for late night eats. Excellent pizza from there. Hot tub and pool were nice.

Understanding times and days restaurants were open. Would of been nice to have a cheat card in room telling which dining options were on what days and hours. We used website but less convenient then having something in room to tell us.

The hotel is very nice and cared for well. We enjoy staying there. The casino is clean and has a great atmosphere. The employees at the hotel and casino are friendly and courteous. I lost my necklace and it was found by staff at casino, so I was elated I got it back before departing!

I can't think of anything that I can write about that would be negative. Possibly the only thing that could change up would be the restaurants staying open later, but it might be difficult to find help for longer hours and depending on how busy and late customers choose to dine.

We had all of our meals at the resort. Service was excellent. Friendly, courteous staff.A great menu selection and the portions were bountiful and were very tasty. The casino portion was also good. There was a lot of various machines to choose from and loved the fact that were able to play for a while. We also used the pool and hot tub which were both very clean and excellent. Overall for us a great clean place to spend a few nights and close to enough to experience more of New York State.

A bit remote but we knew that before heading out.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was very clean. The casino was nice, not too busy. It was the perfect place to stay after our day trip to Holiday Valley. I would definitely stay again.

The only thing I could really complain about was the cost of drinks at the bar was a bit high if you weren't playing a machine. Everything else was fine.

Room was large, comfortable, and very quiet. I heard no neighbors next door or in the halls. Toiletries smelled wonderful, and the best part was the tall showerhead so my 6'2" boyfriend could fit under it. The cafe is open 24 hours, we had chicken wings, club sandwich, pretzel bites, onion rings. All delicious.

The layout of the building in general is a little winding and circuitous. It's a bit of a walk from the parking garage as well. It's not really convenient to much if you're not going to gamble.

I appreciated Courtney's help as we checked in, given that there was some confusion about our reservation. Having stayed multiple times, I always like the bathroom. The fireworks show was also enjoyable.

A rattling sound consistently came from the air vent during the night. I'm a light sleeper, and it made staying asleep a challenge.

The food was excellent at the buffet and room service breakfasts was excellent and the portions were big very filling!

The floors in our room was not very clean the floors in the bathroom looked a little dirty and the entrance into the room the carpeting was gummy feeling. I know we were in a smoking room but they should take the carpeting out and put in some kind of vinyl flooring so it can mopped. The bedding was clean and the toilets were clean. Mirror in room was not clean.
