Great location. Municiple bus service is very safe and convenience.

Ventilation in hotel room.

It was cheap. Centrally located. Free parking at the grocery store across the street.

Rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. TV was in the room, but had no cable access. Thus it was useless. Street noise was loud.

Inexpensive

No heat in the room and it was snowing outside. Front desk staff gave me a space heater and a thick blanket when I checked in.

I made a hotel reservation through booking and paid with my credit card. But when I went to the hotel, there was a very terrible and bad smell inside and outside the hotel. I went with my wife and children. It is definitely not a hotel for a family to stay. The online pictures were completely different. I requested that the reservation be canceled and my money refunded. but they said they couldn't do it. I didn't stay at the hotel, but I found another hotel for at least 3 times the price and had to move to that hotel at 11 at night.

The property was disgusting and smelled horrible. The sheets had mold and mysterious stains and smelled dirty. The pictures are of a completely different place. They don’t respect reservations and if someone wants your room they get it and you will be turned away. The guy even admits the city is trying to shut them down. The room was freezing and dirty. We stayed long enough to find and book another hotel and turned in the key.

We were arriving late at night.... I called the hotel to let them know what we are on the way...The staff of the hotel never answered the phone... i called to the phone that listed on the website, it was callcenter representative... when we arrived....the reputation of the hotel is very questionable... the door in the hotel was locked and a very strange person that was smoking inside the hotel in the lobby opened the door....I booked the room online for my son, his wife and for myself when we came to this place we couldn't stay there... I told all these things to the person on the phone.... he said I should call booking.com...I thought it was a booking.com representative...from booking the room to the cancelation it took about 30-45 minute, the price for the room was $91 after all these things the hotel or booking.com gave me refund $3.50.... they charged me the cancelation fee $86.14...what a scam and disrespect to the people, they are taking the advantage of traveling people.. the pict of the hotel on the website doesn't show the reality. I had no idea about it.... I would never recommend this place to anyone....

Hell of a place. No elevator, strong smell of cigarettes. So strong that I almost fainted. Trash place. No breakfast. No room card. You have to ring the doorbell every time you come back from outside. Quite troublesome. The most unpleasant stay.Those apps should not accept that they are deceiving customers. The apps should be investigated. You can't join them in deceiving consumers. This is a big mistake.

The places looked horrible. We had booked 6 rooms and when we arrived we were told they had no rooms. And they couldn't refund any money I'd have to go through my booking app. This place was not as advertised at all. Very disappointing. We had to go find other rooms somewhere else. Staff was rude and not helpful at all :(

The host was hard to understand but helpful.

Room was filthy, curtains appalling, toilet broken, and would not flush, bathroom total disrepair, tub was awful stained and dirty, no outlet in bathroom, no smoke detector, no one available for checkout, no accessories available in room,. You had to be buzzed in to get to your room, no hot water until you let the hose in the bathtub run for about half hour, smelled of cigarettes pretty bad, door key was extremely difficult to function, pretty sad! Then found out from locals that place has a bad reputation for illegal drug activity and murders.

Nothing. Waste of money.

Reception is with bad smell with Weed and smoke. Not safe place for family. We didnt stay in this location. Rooms are unclean and not good for kids and ladies. This is the first time i had to book another hotel due to bad experience and worst environment. Please repay my money.
