The breakfast was great, a lot of variety. Hot breakfast was actually hot. Beverage choices and food choices were great

I was disappointed in the price. $400 per night is very steep. It was because of graduation weekend at RIT, all the Henrietta hotels were booked when I was looking for a hotel for the weekend. Our daughter was graduating from RIT so I had to find something. I was very relieved, however, that your facility was so clean and everyone was very accomidating. We have had some uncomfortable and horrible stays in Henrietta over the past 4 years. So while I'm grateful for the very pleasant stay at your facility, I think the price was way over the top.

The front desk staff was excellent. There was a minor inconvenience with the use of Booking.com yet the staff handled it with complete satisfaction, professionalism, and courtesy. The general manager was a pleasure to deal with and he handled my reservation in a way that made me feel important as a guest - actually I'd say he was exceptional! And he remembered my name throughout our stay. Sam, the check-in clerk and Jamie the guest services manager were all outstanding service providers.

Prepared food was fair at best.

the property was nice and spacious. my daughter enjoyed the pool. the continental breakfast was a good addition to our stay it makes my kids happy.

The sheets on my bed where not clean. they smelled like cigarette smoke. I had an allergic reaction and broke out in a rash on my face from the pillow case was not changed. There were a lot of kids staying when I was there they were running up and down the halls and making a lot of noise.

the service!!!! unfortunately we decided to change properties only because the pull was temporarily down and that was a deal breaker going with the kiddos. But Steve at the front desk was incredibly gracious and quickly recommended other hotels in the area. I’ve never had a customer service experience like that! I can’t wait to go and we will stay here 100%. the quick glance we had at the property we were really impressed. extremely clean, modern and conveniently close to shopping, food options and the children’s museum. highly highly recommend,

it was decent for a place to sleep. decent breakfast and good location for what we needed.

the pool was closed and it was not mentioned when I reserved it. they did offer free cancelation but we didn’t have time to look elsewhere as we were there for a night to pick something up early the next morning. my son was pretty bummed tho. the bathroom door creaked a lot and the air came on at all random times had to keep adjusting the temp. it was more like a days inn than a holiday inn express. (in my opinion). also no microwave?!?!? weird.

I liked the breakfast and the rooms were clean and a good size. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They did use masks and the entire hotel seemed pretty clean.

I booked that hotel because it had a pool so my son and nephew could enjoy and myself. I had called ahead and asked if it was open and was told yes. When I arrived, I was told it was closed due to COVID, which was upsetting. Also, not really sure why had to get thing such as toothpaste from the front desk. I normally bring all that but my son forgot his toothpaste and he did not want to use mine and when he went they were already out of stock.

Very surprised to see a Hot Tub which was an Awesome Surprise love it. Beds were comfy only downside was they were high. Breakfast was ready and taste and all the staff very friendly even had fruits and bars when we checked in for a snack or welcome gift.

The location was good and breakfast was good.

Check in was good but I reserved two beds and they only had one on file so they had to switch us to a different room with two beds. Bedtime was 10:00 but there were kids running up and down the halls slamming doors until midnight. Was not pleasant!

The place was very clean. My children loved the pool

The hotel was packed with some kind of sports event close by. The other guests were very loud and staggered everywhere, nothing against the staff they managed the overflow of teen girls in the lobby very well.

Loved the decor, friendly staff, good breakfast. Beautiful lighting in the room, around the bed frame, over wardrobe, and behind bathroom mirror which was gorgeous! Will definitely stay again.

Really loud neighbors & loud street traffic, but no fault to the hotel.
