We traveled to this hotel for the purpose of viewing the total solar eclipse on April 8, 2024. The hotel made the occasion extremely enjoyable for eclipse viewing guests. They provided T-shirts and special events for us. All of the personnel we came in contact with were wonderful people. The general manager especially was great and helped us out quite a bit. We loved that the hotel provided free bottles of water to us as needed.

The staff was great (all of them - front desk, restaurant, housekeeping), the location was amazing, and the restaurant breakfast was really good and convenient. I'm also a pretty light sleeper so I was worried about having a room so close to the elevators, but I didn't hear any noise from the hallway at all. Parking was also great. I don't normally stay at the Hilton chain of hotels, but a colleague recommended this hotel for staying in Watertown and I'm glad that I took her advice.

One of the elevators was out of service which was mostly okay, but it was a bit busy on Sunday morning for just one elevator.

I enjoyed the hotel, it was beautiful and elegant. Our personal jacuzzi tub in the room was amazing. Staff were so friendly.

The room could have been cleaned a little better, the floor needed vacuuming, and the stand and headboard could have used a good wipe down, pretty dusty and greasy. They also need to dust, there were cobwebs in the corners of the room. The beds were also pretty hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast wasn't the greatest, pretty expensive for the quality and the small proportions. But I wouldn't say I would never stay again because regardless of those faults I still enjoyed myself.

The staff was very accommodating, the room very clean and I liked the ear plugs provided in room. It's not that its a very loud hotel, but I am a light sleeper and I even use them at home. It was a considerate touch. We were there for a funeral and had a large family group on hand and the bartenders in the evening were put to the test and performed well under pressure.

The wait staff at breakfast was a little disorganized. The meal was good. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

The employees are sooooo friendly and accommodating, service in both hotel and restaurant was excellent

Just one thing. It’s located directly next to interstate 81, which is usually fine but our room was on the road side and the traffic noise was very loud. I will go to this hotel again, literally everything else was wonderful, but I will request a room on the other side of the building.

The breakfast and staff were amazing! The room was very nice and very clean. Your check out hours and breakfast times are longer than others which was helpful.

We did not need the extras left in room and had to move them around in the fridge to make room for items that we had with us. The fridge did not have a freezer.

Close to the wedding venue for our friend's wedding. Staff was all very nice and helpful. Free bottled water was an extra nice touch.

The hallway of the gym and pool has a very bad odor. People slam their room doors late at night instead of letting them slowly close. This shook the wall.

Easy to get to from the interstate, very clean room with nice staff.

Our room was on the side with the interstate and it was so loud with every car going by. Better windows go block that out. Also our TV had issues. The sound kept going out and the tv needed to be unplugged each time in order to get the sound back. Super annoying. We loved the pool but it was very slippery. My daughter fell once, my son fell twice and I almost fell once. And we were walking.

Our accommodations were exactly as described. Room was clean and comfortable.

The pool and spa was not accessible due to the large crowds of families occupying it at all times. I feel like reservations for that area would allow more guests the chance to enjoy it. Also, whatever they used to clean the furniture in our room, left a very oily and greasy residue that we had to wipe down with dry washcloths to get rid off.

We had a wonderful time. We ate dinner at the onsite restaurant - it was fabulous. Our waitress was awesome. The room was clean. We would definitely stay again. The cookies and bottles of water was a great bonus.
