Staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was very clean. Had perfect amenities, a bar and restaurant on property. Has a nice indoor pool and gym. Had a cool outdoor area to hang out and relax. Great proximity to the airport. Maybe a 5 minute drive.

There was nothing to not like about the property. Staff was great. The place was clean. Very close to the airport. The restaurant and bar was good. All in all a fantastic stay to get to the airport in the morning.

The hotel was very clean, which is super important, and modern. They had a very nice outdoor seating area with a fire. Great location to a lot of stores and restaurants.

We paid over $1000 for three nights and this Holiday Inn was definitely not worth the money.

the custom made breakfast was exceptionally good, much better than standard buffets, and the service was fast and friendly. Loved the ease of parking and leaving, easy check out. Nice amenities.

No one was at front desk when I arrived. Not a clear communication about how the breakfast worked, seemed like it was not offered or had already closed (at 7:45 am!)

Breakfast was very good, however I thought there would be free breakfast.

Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub, however the hot tub was not working the last half of our stay.

Our room was so close to the elevator that we could hear the mechanics late into the night. We were also surprised that we paid over $100 for the room and there was no breakfast included.

as a member traveler they did not offer me q bottle of water. people need water and especially those who have made it a point to stay with them all the time and joined their member program. they used to give us a welcome package and put our names on a sign to welcome us but this was not done!

Booking.com was very wrong about the breakfast. The hotel did NOT offer a 0.10 per guest breakfast. I really missed having a mirror over the dresser.

It was clean and staff was great especially staff with breakfast. They where short staffed because of the whole pandemic, but even then Lisa was back and forth, great customer service and even better she spoke English and Spanish perfectly. Kudos to her! Our stay was worth it. And we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Many who went to the pool where respectful and took turns.

It’s not right on the main road. It’s a lil hidden so I missed it when I drove back from Walmart! Not their fault but maybe a sign next to the entrance at car level would be great. Our walk in shower, the metal frame was actually unstuck from the bottom causing the water to leak out and into the room. We cleaned it up and notified staff but if it’s unstuck it seems like the material had been wearing away for a good while. That stuff doesn’t happen over night, hope they get on that right away! Room 224 plsss!

Breakfast was good, didn’t care for the bar and restaurant area. Wish it would have been separated more from the front desk area.

Pillows were full size which is great, although they were too soft, no support

The pool had so much chlorine in it, that I couldn't even sit in the same room. It was horrible I didn't like that there was no continental breakfast for free.
