Very pleasant, helpful staff. Very good, quiet location. Very clean.

Room was terribly dark! Not enough lamps in place and no overhead lighting. Double window could have improved it. Had booked handicapped room, but found it lacking help. No seat in too deep tub. Staff kind enough to show us around before we left so that we could select better room for our next visit. However, lighting still will need to be addressed in all of the rooms!

The breakfast was very good with lots of choices to pick from. Morning staff at breakfast was excellent. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Nice to have a bar with beer and drinks in evenings. The fire pit in evenings was a great touch to cool evenings

Room was a little small , but very nice accommodations. Bathroom commode needs to be updated to a higher height.

The hotel was extremely clean, there is always fresh water, hot coffee, tea, and cocoa in the lobby. The bar has wine and beer which is nice after a long day while the kids are enjoying the pool(which they have toys for and tell you to just ask them for). The house keeping staff is AMAZING I some how left my GUCCI belt(yes the $580 one) in the closet on the top shelf and when I ran back in after checking out to get it, the young man in house keeping was also frantically looking for me. That speaks volumes to me, especially considering how something like that usually goes! I cannot speak highly enough of our stay here and I honestly cannot wait for our next visit! also the continental breakfast has something for everyone!

Clean and new hotel, located close to a highway, and to many restaurants. Silent place, good air conditioning, no noise, good rest. Good breakfast.

Despite the good location and close to many restaurants, most of the restaurants are located across the highway. This means one has to drive to reach these restaurants, I wish I could reach them by foot.

We had a great 2n stay here, on what was our first visit to Asheville. Primarily came to visit the Biltmore estate, and it was less than a mile from this hotel to the entrance! Receptionist Ainslie was very helpful, guiding us to 2 wonderful bbq restaurants which we enjoyed, especially Luella’s. Room was nicely appointed, quiet ,very comfortable beds and pillows. Good offerings for breakfast. Would highly recommend this to anyone for the proximity to the estate.

My daughter’s AirPod dropped and was lodged inside the treadmill. The staff went above and beyond to dismantle the treadmill to retrieve it for us. Thank you,Patrick!

The breakfast area was a bit crowded in the morning given COVID. The pre-arrival messaging communicated that masks should be worn in common areas, but no one was reenforcing that message.

closeness to Biltmore; cleanliness; new facilities

description includes “Bar and lounge” and I thought there was an on location snack bar and places for a drink. was told “only on weekends” - did not include Sunday. wish there were 2 chairs in room….

Everything about this property met or exceeded our expectations, from the help we received from Emma on check in to the very good breakfast and special help on check out. Staff were all friendly, engaging, and provided information and assistance beyond the usual. Should we return to the Asheville area, we will definitely want to stay at this Hampton.

Great location turn left , about 5 minutes drive to downtown. Right off I-40, easy to find. Although we did not visit, there is TGI Friday restaurant next door to hotel, if you do not want to drive anywhere after arrival. Hotel & Room were very clean . Staff friendly and attentive to any needs.

I always find door locks and pass cards , hit or miss, After getting an exterior door( by the pool) to unlock, still had trouble with it, due to door handle had to go up, to open. I’m used to lever type handles going down to open☹️. My bad.

great breakfast! clean, comfortable, fairly quiet, friendly helpful staff, great location to Biltmore Estate, the Village and short drive to Downtown, easy access to I-40. Have stayed here numerous times, our go to place innAsheville!

can here road noise if your room faces the street. Quiet at night though.
