Loved the breakfast options. The pancake maker was a hit with the kids.. the staff was helpful and friendly. We needed a few extra things that they were able to give to us with ease. Loved the full size bottles of shampoo and conditioner

Was not happy about the hours of the pool. It's open 11am to 8pm. So if you are only staying one night it's super hard to utilize the pool.

Quiet location. Cinnamon rolls were great. New-like facilities. Laundry room available for guests. Very friendly staff except for morning desk agent. Large shower. Large breakfast selection.

room cleaning did not happen each day. door was left unlatched after room service. ice machine was not working everyday. scrambled eggs were terrible. Not sure eggs were actual chicken eggs. Very expensive/ averaged $200 per day. Morning desk agent was not friendly. southern grits not available for breakfast. Room service did not speak or understand English.

Hotel was very clean from the lobby to the elevator and the hall way to the room. Iam very picky and its the small details that Iam looking for for cleaniness the bigger ones are obvious. Very comfortable room and bed,, location, great value, pool not sure if it was open but clean. Area to buy snacks and drinks .Check in quick. Staff friendly.

Pancake griddle broken, juice machine broken but I don't eat or drink these food items so this is not important to me but for some it maybe. So hopefully these can be fix or replaced for future quests to be able to enjoy.

Room was very clean, nicely decorated. staff were friendly.

We hung up a “do not disturb” door hanger on the outside doorknob while we went to have breakfast, but cleaning service came in anyway. We stayed two nights and prefer not to have service when we stay more than a day. We put our things back where we’d had them, left for a few minutes, and they’d come back and changed towels, etc. Cleaning service really needs to know what the door hanger means.

The Holiday Inn Express was very nice and clean. The room and bed were very comfortable to stay in. I'm glad to see the complimentary breakfast was brought back. It was very good and hit the spot.

The bathrooms should have a hairdryer and a fan to disperse the steam from the shower. The television would be nicer if it had some premium channels like HBOMAX, STARZ. It would be appreciated by many, I'm sure.

We liked that it was back off the main road behind Happy Jack Restaurant, even though our GPS took us first to the Comfort Inn. You have to go through the light then turn (coming from the north). Hotel room was large and well laid out and comfortable! Free hot breakfast was very good, scrambled eggs, pork and turkey sausages, biscuits and gravy, cereals, waffles, toast, bagels, yogurt, juice, fruit, coffee.

My husband and I were very impressed with the concierge at check in and in the morning. We arrived and were put into a room with a broken blind and when she couldn't fix it we were immediately moved to another room and out of the way of noise as I requested (due to recently experiencing insomnia).in the morning I was helped by the pancake maker that malfunctioned, in which the concierge stayed to make sure everything worked and fixed the problem.The staff is very friendly and I got a great nice sleep, which doesn't always happen..will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Clean spacious rooms. The breakfast included with the room was great, plenty of things to choose from for breakfast. Plenty of free parking.

Downside. All of my Australian credit cards had problems and were declined. Unable to make room security deposit with cash. Went to Walgreens and made a purchase with them no problem. A American family member made the credit deposit with her card. Only hotel in North America that dosen't like my Mastercard or Visa.

clean and good location

first room, the door did not lock, and then we had to move to another room, which was not easy because we were looking for a room with handicap bathroom access. It seems the girl working the desk didn’t know much about what was available in the hotel, as far as that we ended up getting exactly what we needed but it was a process. The blinds in both rooms we were in. We’re supposedly mechanical but both remotes did not work.

The Bed was so very comfortable. I would love to know what mattress and pillow brand they are that were on our bed. The food was hot fresh and delish.

The cleaning staff were loud and did not understand English. I needed our room clean and asked for it to be done and had to wait another day to get this done and they did not vacuum the floor. The towels are rough and the bedspread was ripped.
